They really do take care of you. I've been a long time patient of Dr. Kwan and each time I come visit, I always leave feeling way better than when I arrived. He just said that my patient file came apart because of how old it was, haha. My insurance isn't taken at this location, but I still come because I know his clinic offers some services that my current chiro doesn't offer. He is an "old school" hands on doctor that doesn't use AI to promote his business. There are chiropractors that have a fast and quick adjustments (my current chiro), and you have Dr. Kwan. He is very gentle with his adjustments, slow and steady. His whole team is hands-on. If he recommends massage afterwards, he communicates with his therapist which areas to focus on and you will leave feeling better than how you came in. His massage therapists really takes care of you. You don't have to come in for an adjustment. You can come in just for a massage. If you come in for just a massage, you let them know your troubled areas and they will work on it, otherwise, they'll give you an excellent massage. You can tip them too using venmo or zelle. He asked a lot of questions about my daily activity, which might possibly affect my posture. He did an x-ray on my back and wrist, and he adjusted my back and wrist. I am feeling much better now. My insurance isn't accepted here but I still went regardless after reading the wonderful reviews. I ruptured my achilles last year and after dealing with hip pain, I found myself needing someone who knew how to give a sports massage and who could help break up scar tissue. This is where Dr. Kwan came in! He is absolutely wonderful and kind. He answered any questions I had and also recommended the best treatment for me. I was introduced to Joanna who was my massage therapist and she asked me where I felt pain and other questions which made me impressed! This made it obvious that each appointment was tailored to the patient. She started off with massaging the area, making sure to ask me if I was OK and if I felt any discomfort. Then, she began cupping! It was my first time and surprisingly, I didn't feel any pain at all. Joanna was very professional and I highly recommend her. my back and shoulders have been aching for a while and my sister recommended Dr. Kwan so i gave him a try and was awesome! he's very gentle and takes his time to explain what he's going to do to adjust your body, unlike other chiropractors that i had experienced in the past (the ones that surprise you by adjusting you mid count or mid convo to catch you off guard!). D. Kwan starts off by taking X-ray and identifies all your issues and determines what kind of treatment regimen you need. My boyfriend currently needs to go only about once a month now oppose to me who have to go ideally 3 times a week for expedited correctional process (but I only go twice a week since it's hard to make it during business hour 3x a week ) +Dr. Kwan does adjustments and his masseuse on site will provide about 30 minute massage to relieve the tension and knots to relax your muscle and your bones can be better adjusted or be put in place. +the masseuse also teaches you how to do core muscle exercise and stretches to help you even more. +I feel that my bones/posture is much better ever since I've been coming to premier chiropractic and I highly recommend anyone to check this place out who has chiropractic needs! I don't really recommend this place , I came here for an accident I had and they don't really have nothing u just go straight to the him to crack yo back that's it , I have another chiropractor in LA with a massage therapy machine u get that for 30min and then u go with the dr to crack yo back ! Anyways I was going there for couple weeks and all this time I got there like 2 times lol bit late and he like kinda get mad like telling me u know u have to come earlier like if I was a kid lol I paid for my service I wasn't there for free I didn't like that !! Okay so my case is finished The total of everything was 1,450$ got nothing for a bad fucking service - I had to talk to my lawyer and let them know I even didn't go after couple weeks cuz of that service, so he supposedly reduced the total ?
