It is a great place to find very reasonable prices on top shelf cosmetic and skin care brands. They also sell some discontinued, limited edition and very hard to find cosmetic items from brands such as Estee Lauder, Clinique and MAC. They make very good use of their space and they keep their shelves very well stocked. On my most recent visit I was happy to see a foundation from Estee Lauder available in an older formula that had been changed earlier this year. I prefer the older formula and it is no longer available at any department stores so I grabbed two bottles of it knowing that it is becoming difficult if not impossible to find. They also had a blush from Estee Lauder that I had never seen before and wanted to try so I bought one of those as well. One thing I love about this store is that they have plenty of open products that you can try on before you commit to buy. The sales associates in the store are always great with product knowledge and are eager to answer questions and recommend items. I always leave the store with great products and a lot of bang for my buck as well with the discount prices. Shopping here is definitely something that I always look forward to.

The last couple of times I've visited, though, the discounts have only been around 60%, and honestly, even at 60% off, there are quite a few items that I can Google and find cheaper online. That kind of defeats the purpose of shopping at an outlet when you're expecting outlet pricing. The customer service is always good, and the employees are friendly. They can be a little pushy with asking questions about what you're looking for or trying to help you find something. I genuinely think they're just trying to be helpful, but sometimes it feels like a little too much. The makeup prices are definitely cheaper overall, and they do have some good promotions, like 6 for $60 or 5 for $60, depending on the items. Some of the deals are definitely worth it, while others really aren't. Overall, I still like stopping in, but I don't find the deals nearly as good as they used to be. I'd recommend checking prices online before buying because you may be able to find the same items for less elsewhere.

All of their products were displayed very attractively in the store with different areas for all of the different categories being skincare, cosmetics and body care products such as creams and lotions. They also carry some multi-product gift sets that are a great value for the money. I was wanting to buy some new cosmetic items so the saleslady let me try some of them on. I found a really nice mascara that worked well for me and I also saw several lipsticks that I liked. I picked out the two lipsticks that I liked best and I purchased both of them plus the mascara that I really liked. The sales lady rang in my products at the register and thanked me for my purchase. They would just spend all of 10 minutes with me then prescribe a cream, that would never work to say the least. Karen however, took the time with my first appointment to go over everything with me no matter how long it took. She not only gave me the right prescriptions that I needed but also helped me get to the core of my problem. She is kind, compassionate, listens, thorough, and above all really cares about her patients. I honestly cannot say enough about her. I wish I found her 20 years ago because she has me as a patient for life! I cannot stop word vomiting about her to all of my family and friends so that they can go and see her because I would not waste my time with any other dermatologist. This was the best referral of my life seen her. The last 10 years of my life have been a struggle with my psoriasis. She has changed my life because she has helped cure me basically and with the minor maintenance I am virtually psoriasis free and I can't be more happier.
