I recently had several biopsies taken during a routine skin exam where it was determined necessary. I was never informed during my visit that the lab work (pathology) was not covered under my insurance! Why would they not tell me that the Pathologist checking my biopsies was not an approved Dr under my insurance? When I questioned them after I received a $1,200 bill, they said that "I should have done my research ahead of time."...If you are naked, under lights, with a new Dr and they tell you need a biopsy, do you think I am asking if "the lab takes my insurance?!" I am thinking I might have cancer again. I told them I would be able to make regular $100 per month payments until it was paid off because that is a financial hardship for me at this time. I just received a letter from a collection's agency, how nice of them! PATIENTS BEWARE!

Today, when I arrived for my exam, I was greeted by a receptionist who seemed flustered and running to the door. I asked if she was ok but didn't get a response. Ok, we all have rough days from time-to-time. When she returned, and I handed her my insurance information, she asked if my PCP had referred the appointment. When I said that possibly back the first appointment, but this was a follow-up, and my insurance hadn't changed. She wasn't sure if the practice accepted my insurance (one of the top 3) and then hurriedly tried to reach her manager at another location who wasn't available. She then stated that her "list was old and changes all the time", and that I would have to sign an affidavit and pay out-of-pocket for the visit. A line began to form and significantly increased her aggressive disposition, she asked me to take a seat so that she could help the patient behind me. I did and waited a few minutes when, she proclaimed from the window, that she could help me reschedule but I could not be seen today. Not understanding the confusion as to why the insurance provider (again one of the top 3) was unknown to her, I asked if she was new. She aggressively stated that no, she had been there for some time, and that she "doesn't need to be treated this way". Then, insisted I leave. When I asked why, what did I say? She repeated that she wouldn't be treated this way and that I had no right to ask if she was new. All of this took place in front of other patients. My family and I will be leaving the practice.

I arrived at 1:10pm and I was seen by Dr Rolincik 1:15pm for my 1:15pm appointment. I have to admit being a female I usually gravitate to female providers however I was very comfortable with Dr Rolincik. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything to me in non medical terms so it was easy to follow the conversation. I have no reservations with having him be my primary dermatologist. I highly recommend Dr Rolincik and Dermatology Associates.

Excellent Care & Compassionate Staff…read more I went to Mass General Brigham Urgent Care in Foxborough after I fell and had a deep gash under my lip that wouldn't stop bleeding. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Despite expecting a long wait, the three hours went by quickly, and I was actually called into a room in less than 10 minutes. The woman who escorted me to the room was incredibly kind, funny, and sympathetic--she immediately put me at ease and even had me laughing during a stressful moment. The PA and nurse who treated me were just as professional and compassionate. They made me feel comfortable and not awkward or embarrassed about falling. Everything was handled thoroughly and carefully, right down to my stitches. The facility itself was spotless and very well maintained. I truly felt cared for and respected throughout the visit. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care location and would not hesitate to return if needed. Great team, great care.

I drive over an hour each way to see her and it's been so worth it. I originally went to see Marisa for extreme anxiety and ongoing sleep issues, after trying what felt like every modality out there: somatic exercises, journaling, therapy, BIT, meditation, breath-work...you name it. While many of those helped in their own ways, nothing truly moved the needle for me the way hypnoacupuncture with Marisa has. From my very first session, there was an obvious shift.
