All of their products were displayed very attractively in the store with different areas for all of the different categories being skincare, cosmetics and body care products such as creams and lotions. They also carry some multi-product gift sets that are a great value for the money. I was wanting to buy some new cosmetic items so the saleslady let me try some of them on. I found a really nice mascara that worked well for me and I also saw several lipsticks that I liked. I picked out the two lipsticks that I liked best and I purchased both of them plus the mascara that I really liked. The sales lady rang in my products at the register and thanked me for my purchase. She also added a nice little free travel sized product as a special treat which was very generous. I am very glad I stopped by.

Sometimes I need to ask for help here but the last time I was in on a random weekday they were super helpful and researched their stock to determine they definitively didn't have what I was looking for (an SPF cushion compact). They have just about everything you would find at a larger Sephora but may have less inventory available for purchase, though I haven't experienced this issue. My favorite Sephora to go to is the Prudential store in Boston because they offer a larger selection of brands in store, but this store does the job as it's convenient for me to restock my makeup products/skincare when I'm doing some shopping at Legacy Place. Staff is super nice here and always down to help with finding products. Parking: lots of parking available but depending on the time of the day, parking spots are more limited. There is a free parking garage to park at though!

I have ordered online from Hallmark and shipped to home or picked up orders there, so I assumed that Hallmark and the Paper Store are one and the same. Not the case. Today, I picked up an order but upon opening immediately in the car, I found that one product was loose in the box and broken in 3 pieces. One other item was missing altogether. Two items were in good order, just poorly boxed which is unusual for Hallmark but it is their busy season. I had the pre-paid order detail and after going back and forth with Paper Store Manager and Hallmark Manager (on-site), i was told they couldn't help me with a refund or exchange because they aren't Hallmark. I had no idea. It was not a good customer service experience but I've never had a problem there before, just the opposite. The one time I did I was basically told we can't help you and there's nothing we can do. You have to deal with Hallmark even though they carry the same products in the store. I was told I could purchase them from them though but not an exchange. Just want to share if you pick up an order there and you have a problem they can't help with it. It's just a pickup place. Thank you.

I'll start out by saying that this location is still relatively new. It was clean, well lit,…read moreorganized, and product pricing was clearly viewable. As another Yelper mentioned though this location is essentially self service meaning you will have minimal interactions with the sales associates. On a rare occasion you'll meet a helpful associate who will offer assistance but it's never consistent. The only interaction I had with the sales associate during my recent visit was when they cashed me out and tried to persuade me into signing up for a predatory credit card under the guise of "rewards program". Anyways, Ulta isn't the most glamorous company to work for, but it's does offer the type of job where you could network with the right customer service skills and actually achieve career growth. For example, one day you could be an Ulta associate and the next thing you know you've become a popular influencer, flash forward a few years and you've launched what some critics say is a mediocre skincare line, that's only carried at Sephora. All of this to say that a little customer service could potentially go a long way.
