For clients with thinner or more sensitive skin (like me!), Helen adjusts needle size and uses specialized, light-guided techniques to help minimize bruising, along with different needle points depending on the area. EDIT 1/2/2025 in response to business owner comment -- I understand the need for strict no-show and last-minute cancellations, which of course are intended to recoup loses from UNRELIABLE clients. Not from clients diagnosed with cancer who are trying their best to maintain some sense of normalcy in life who have a long history of maintaining a proper client-business relationship. My treatment based on extenuating circumstances cannot reasonably be considered "understanding and flexible". It is important to current and future clients that they consider how quickly a business devalues a client, so they can make the most informed decision on where to receive these types of services. The best way to address my concerns would be to treat clients better than I've been treated. I in no way mean to harm your business. Everyone can read all reviews here and on other websites and decide for themselves if they wish for their hard-earned dollars to support your business.

I've since come in for a couple of different treatments and am always blown away by both the commitment to excellence and the customer service. (It's the little extras like seeing if you'd like a water and ALWAYS calling to follow up with you afterwards that go a long way in my book). Timea might be the kindest person I've ever met. She makes me feel incredibly comfortable and taken care of, and she is great about explaining the procedures.
