The spa area is quiet and separated, located in the very back, as compared to the hair services out front and manicure stations off to a side in the back. I purchased a Groupon for six laser hair…read moreremoval treatments but only received two due to repeated cancellations, tardiness, and unprofessional behavior. Throughout this experience, Julia canceled appointments for multiple reasons, including allegedly getting into a car accident, being stuck at court, and having a doctor's appointment run late. On another occasion, she arrived an hour late due to traffic. At my final scheduled appointment, she never showed up at all. After calling multiple times, she finally answered and blamed a "miscommunication," claiming another staff member was supposed to perform my treatment. After expressing my frustration and requesting a refund, Julia told me to "take it up with Groupon." When I explained that she had marked my entire Groupon as redeemed after my very first treatment, she responded that she was "not dealing with this shit" and promised to Venmo me. I never received a refund. Now, while disputing this through Groupon, Julia is claiming I received 4 out of 6 treatments when I only received 2. I have receipts documenting my two visits because she charged me an additional $45 per session, fees that were never disclosed in the Groupon listing. To make matters worse, I was never asked to sign a consent form or waiver before receiving laser hair removal treatments, which raises additional concerns about her professionalism and safety practices. I genuinely never intended to leave a negative review. I was more than understanding with the repeated cancellations and excuses and simply wanted a refund for the services I never received. However, after being promised a refund that was never issued and now having Julia misrepresent the number of treatments I received, I feel this review is more than justified. The lack of honesty, accountability, and professionalism throughout this experience has been completely unacceptable. I have receipts to support my experience and would strongly caution anyone against purchasing services from Julia.

What I also loved is that they check in with you after a week to see how you're doing and how your brows look which was very appreciated.
