They were helpful and nothing short of amazing for a first time apartment renter. The walk through upon moving in was exactly how I thought it would be - minor things here and there but were fixed either immediately or I was kept apprised of when it would be fixed. If there was one thing I could say about the gals in the office - it is hit and miss for them to answer the phone. So in that event if you have something pressing you'll need to walk to the office to address it. I have dealt with three men from maintenance and they were helpful, and extremely kind. They made me feel like even the smallest task is not an issue and they are here to help which is exactly how it should be. Now - here is my take on fellow renters. My first night sleeping at the apartment left me scratching my head. At 2am a young gentleman fired up probably the loudest illegal mufflers I've ever heard and then proceeded to play "Hey There Delilah" for the whole duration of the song. What can ya do but grit your teeth and bear it. Another issue I've noticed - people illegally parking in front of their closed garage which makes it extremely difficult to pull in to your own garage. Lastly - the rules for the trash concierge is one bag, with only two non-pick up days. But renters will stack multiple bags as well as leave their trash out on the days there is no pick up. So here is my two cents - before we slam the girls in the office, or the maintenance men let's point a finger at renters making it extremely hard for these people to do their job diligently. So far so good as far as I'm concerned, but I will report if there are any issues.

Terrano apts has from the start been a great place to live. Brooke from the office was and has still been the sweetest one there. my husband and I had high expectations because of her and they have still been met. OMG, the maintenance staff is AMAZING! Always smiling and always saying hello. The staff helps with urgency in their steps. Steven M, Steven L, Jose P & Martha B! I hope they never leave. Martha can always be found cleaning the property in a great mood and she needs to spill her cleaning tips (jealous). The men are each easy to speak to, knowledgeable and friendly. I never see them with poor attitudes and with the current heat that says a lot about them :) These guys are hard workers. In the end, I'll stay here for as long as I can!

Not being loud or annoying. My husband went to work. I went to get more water from our place. While I was gone 2 women from the office started questioning them. Other people were out there by now. Asking if they lived here. And asking who was in the group. They told my son only 2 guests per apartment? But they didnt ask anyone elses groups. Then started asking a group of teens minding their own business who they where. And needed a adult to come out so they could be sure they lived there. Really? Where were these office workers last week when parties of 8...10 where out there? Oh I guess those people where more white. Really disappointed Terrano. Really
