I know a lot of girls who go here and their work always looks good in person so I started to go and I totally understand the hype. Because the price makes zero sense. And then the owner I'm assuming has the nerve to say to me well when you come back for the filling you can use the powder, like excuse me that don't make sense why would I get gel tips and then get powder. Even the technician who did my nails raised her eyebrows when I was told $80 for this she knew what was up. I don't recommend this place because the work I received today was not that great at all especially not for the price.

Okay. I hesitated to make a review prematurely but I will update this later as well. Went in…read more11/22 first thing in the morning for an SNS mani with tips. Michelle did my nails. The manicure is BEAUTIFUL & she took her time, shaped them perfectly. I always like having Michelle do my nails as I feel she does the best job & I prefer her. As far as the actual salon goes - they are attentive, welcoming, VERY CLEAN, & the atmosphere is great. I've even brought my 1 year old in with me while I do my nails & the techs & customers never make me feel weird about bringing him but are always kind & make us feel welcome. My ONLY complaint - it had not even been a full 24 hours with the set done & 1 tip flew off my hand while picking up my purse. I called the salon promptly & Michelle agreed to fix it on Monday when I am able to come in next. Now this morning, ANOTHER tip cracked & came off just doing normal day to day activities. As I am looking at the set, they seem a bit thin & delicate. I've never had this happen before with S& all of my previous sets ive had done here have definitely lasted at least 3 weeks. I wish I had photos of my previous sets! I am going to visit on Monday & will update as far as how it goes. I love the color & shape - hoping the durability will be better once I visit them again Monday! UPDATE: went back to the salon today & since they were busy, another tech fixed my nails. They look great, & the repair was fairly quick. No charge & no issues getting the repair.

She also added a touch of glitter to my ring fingers to make my new engagement ring pop and it really does! This is my second time in this salon, and I've resolved to not come here again. The salon is clean,…read morebut the service is subpar. If anyone plans to come here, early morning and afternoons are empty during the week. Fill ins are $17, coffin or stiletto shapes are an extra $5, and French is an extra $11. My nail tech, Jenny, was on her phone the entire time. She rushed through my nails and when she smudged the glitter with a top coat, she appeared annoyed when I asked her to fix it. I brought my own French nude and topcoat because last time the nail polish chipped the next day. I believe this time the top coat was applied incorrectly because the salon's black polish is already chipping on four of my fingers. The lines are freehand and sloppy, which bothers me to no end. Overall, the color selection is small, and most of the bottles look very old and are separating. I also would not recommend getting eyebrows done here. For the amount I spent on mediocre nails, I'd expected a better outcome for my brows. Alas, she shuffled me into a room that looked unclean and swiftly slopped wax onto my face and ripped it off. No combing or shaping, scissor cutting, and minimal tweezing. I do a better job when I maintain them myself. I strongly felt the impression that I wasn't welcome, so I will find another salon for nail services.
