Renovations by Ed provided estimates for both the repair and replacement so that I could make an informed decision. Once the contract was finalized, they moved quickly to take out the old driving pad and install a new one. They made and implemented some wonderful ideas, ones that I had not considered. Although the cost ended up being higher than expected, they provided innovative solutions for my less than ideal setting. They also provided helpful information on maintenance for longevity. I would absolutely work with them again.

(Said insurer is supposedly a 'good neighbor' but spends more money on celebrity spokespeople than they do on claims. But that's an entirely different review.) With our combined efforts, we managed to secure an independent assessment by an engineer, an important next step in the fight. I can't upgrade the rating to a full five stars, since Nationwide has not yet been able to perform the work we're hoping to do, but the advocacy is ongoing, and I give them credit for that.

Our initial experience was very pleasant and there was absolutely, positively no reason or explanation extended. It's safe to assume, the major, quickest work ($3,950 for 3 1/2 hours of work Joe did single-handedly) but then, I assume he was not interested in the more tedious jobs .... even though it was over $3,000 AND we agreed to the ENTIRE JOB! Thats my experience with him and he left me with a removed dishwasher, new one delivered and uninstalled, purchased ceiling fans, left uninstalled, 2 Ring cameras purchased uninstalled, a door chime uninstalled and other agreed to jobs left undone ....CHOOSE WISELY!!
