He patched the drywall and primed it and had me look at everything prior to painting to make sure I didn't see any flaws. During the estimate I told Mr. Fox that I didn't like quarter trim. He pulled all my baseboard trim off and then laid the floor and then reinstalled the baseboard trim and caulked. As far as my master bathroom renovation went...WOW. AMAZING!!! We were extremely disappointed with the quality of the work. The flooring was cut inside our home, leaving sawdust throughout the house, and after the installation we identified numerous workmanship and finishing issues. I contacted Chris and attempted to have these concerns addressed and corrected, but they were not resolved. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been frustrating and will likely cost us additional money to have the flooring properly repaired. He's organized, customer-focused, highly-involved and communicative, and gave us a very fair, detailed estimate. Scope of the work included electrical--18 recessed lights in 4 rooms--switches and dimmers, drywall and ceiling repair, and painting. Jose and his crew were 100% committed to both the project and us. The crew was courteous, timely (8 AM every morning), reliable, neat, and careful. Additionally, they worked efficiently to make the most of each day. Floors and furniture were covered first thing in the morning and cleaned/vacuumed at day's end to keep dust and dirt to a minimum. Such Incredible and unexpected attention to detail! Talon stood out immediately as the most professional and detail-oriented team we met. We first connected with Darren in 2023, and his depth of knowledge was apparent from the beginning. He pointed out practical design considerations and code requirements that other contractors had missed. We went back and forth on the scope for over a year, and he was consistently patient, responsive, and generous with his time. He never rushed us and always made himself available to answer questions. We started construction in August 2025-- The construction crew had an excellent work ethic. They arrived early and worked hard - something even our neighbors commented on. They took pride in their work and paid close attention to details. The workmanship was just excellent. The work site was consistently clean and organized. They did a great job at handling unexpected situations and communicating that to me. Eddie took the time to explain everything thoroughly before moving forward.
