Roger, the foreman, has been doing this work for almost 30 years, and Jose, who single-handedly carried in/out the windows/doors, has been doing this work for 10+ years. I didn't get the name of the quiet third service person who was mostly outside and on the ladders, also very efficient. fyi, they did mention that working on the 4th floor of our condos from ladders was a bit more challenging as the original builder-grade windows had been made to fit by being packed/taped in place from the outside, which necessitated them having to actually break some of the glass to be able to pull the old windows out. We had some hail damage to our roof and siding a few months ago. Brian came by our house to…read moreinspect the damage. He handled all the correspondence with our insurance company and was even present when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the house. We had FCC replace our damaged roof, siding and gutters, including gutter guards. Brian got everything covered by our insurance company and the only thing we had to pay was our deductible. In addition, we had FCC cap all the wood on the exterior of our house, so it will never need to be painted again, and replaced our shutters too. All the subcontractors did a great job. They arrived when promised, finished the job on time and cleaned up really well when they were finished. Brian was great to work with, came to our house many times, including every day work was done, and answered our phone calls and emails quickly.
