(Said insurer is supposedly a 'good neighbor' but spends more money on celebrity spokespeople than they do on claims. But that's an entirely different review.) With our combined efforts, we managed to secure an independent assessment by an engineer, an important next step in the fight. I can't upgrade the rating to a full five stars, since Nationwide has not yet been able to perform the work we're hoping to do, but the advocacy is ongoing, and I give them credit for that.

Hes a very hostile, hot headed, mean unprofessional man. Ladt week Mr. Niblett and his son came to do some b work for us, the board under our kitchen sink was damage from the disposal leaking. We had already had the board pulled up . He charged us $400. Just to add new wood to the bottom. YES they did a good job all in all. When it came to payment, they deserved to be paid. I had lost my sight in my right eye the day prior. For some reason I made a terrible mistake I wrote the check from my wrong checking account. I did not write the check incorrectly in purse. It was a.mistake. I first tried to send bit via Zell. Was not able to reckongize the business address. So I wrote him a check. I never write checks. However I did incorrectly wrote the check from the wrong account. When Mr. Niblett went to deposit the check, it was return. He immediately called my son. I cannot say how that conversation went. My son called me immediately very angry with me. Immediately I realize my mistake. I call Mr Niblett immediately to let him know how sorry I was to make such a mistake. It was not intentional. I will be seventy years old in a few months. I have never. I mean I have never written a bad check in all my adult life. He answered the phone very unpleasantlt, unkind. For a businessman. I find Mr. Beblutt to ve very hot headed. Disrespectful. Mean and very unkind. I felt so bad. I was so sorry for the mistakes I made. I do not b recommend Mr. Nebletrt to anyone. He has no decency. No respect. Hes very hot heady. He scares me. I am so happy I didn't do or say anything to upset him when he was working at my son's home. I was alone at home with him. I do notbrecimment Niblett business to anyone. I would not like anyone to endure what I endured today. As I was apologizing to him he said very angrily I will be at your home at 5.30 to pick up the money. in cash. He rudely hung up the phone on me. Some professional businessman. He failed to realize without customers ge would gave no business. This is definitely nona respectful businessman. One cannot have someone working in their home, who has a temper, who is rude. One who has no respect or dignity for the person who is paying him. Yes absolutely I was wrong for writing the check from the wrong account. I definitely did not write him a bad check on purpose. I didn't had a clue I was using a check from the wrong account. Of course he deserves to be paid for the work he does. I am not making an excuse for my mistake. He refuse to listen to a word I had to say. He works with his son. I dealt with the father not his son. Do not use this company for any of your problems. Unless you are perfect. Do not recommend.

If you are seeking a home improvement contractor, NYSA Construction is the only one…read more I was looking for a contractor to repair my wooden, backyard shed. Performing the work myself was a task I surely did dread. Although I made many calls, sadly, I received no response at all. I was about to give up, thinking I had the worst luck. I then saw an advertisement for NYSA Construction. I am delighted to say, when I made the call, they came out the following Monday. Project Manager Jason Fangmeyer promised to submit to me an estimate that would fit my budget. He said, "Yes, indeed. I know what you need." He took the time to explain. He promised he could ease my shed's pain. He said he would replace the shed's rotten wood. He promised that he really could. When I received the great estimate, the work I did permit. I knew it was Jason Fangmeyer I would hire. The price was right. Jason promised I would find his work quality to be a sheer delight. Jason and his men arrived at the promised date. They were not a minute late. The company's men did a great job. They are not slobs. They take pride in their work. They are no jerks. Their work is neat and clean. They gave my shed a nice sheen. I want to tell you; Jason and his crew made my 45-year old shed look brand new. NYSA treated my property with respect. Therefore, I will definitely keep the company in mind for my next home improvement project. Don't be lame, I suggest you do the same! Call NYSA today!

Because of this the work took longer than quoted I was out of a shower in a single bathroom home for an additional week, paying for a hotel room to shower. I found multiple areas of missing grout that had to be filled in with caulk since the grout had dried. The sink leaked right after instal. The bathtub drain wouldn't close and the worker informed me they didnt think it would close when they installed it but they didnt check or tell me. They had to come back not even a month later to re-caulk the bathtub because it had cracked. The bathtub caulk has cracked again, and i've found cracks in the grout of the floor tiles now. I finally took a bath for the first time and I woke up to a giant wet spot on the ceiling in the room below the bathroom the next morning. Hopefully they can figure it out and fix it but never again will I be using them.
