We emailed them through the company website on a Saturday morning about painting our basement, received a phone call within 20 minutes and had an estimate scheduled for Wednesday morning. Signed the contract that morning and their crew arrived Friday to begin work (Moses, Jose and Brian). The owner Daniel came on-site for a quality inspection and to ensure we were happy with how the job was going so far. Moses returned the next morning and completed the job by afternoon. The work is impeccable and the basement was left spotless. My husband has high standards and a good eye when it comes to work done in our house and he is overjoyed with the quality of the work. My wife had been looking for a company to clean all of our 32+ windows, 2 glass sliding doors, 3 glass doors, and 2 storm doors for the last 2 years. She found an ad for Carr's Window Cleaning and decided to give them a try. They are a husband and wife team. When we got the estimate I was a little skeptical and thought they would show up with long poles with pads and squeegees attached and they would be done in no time, which ended up being the farthest from the truth. They only used handheld squeegees and climbed a ladder for the high windows. The husband, Benjamin, used a scraping blade to scrape off everything that would not come off with just washing, even on the windows that were 20 feet up. This was definitely needed on the outside of the windows. They also washed the window sills and the complete frame of each window. They we very neat and considerate of our home. We now have a clear and beautiful view of the mountains. They did a great job and it was worth every penny!
