The Cebaza was tender and delicious as well. They give you red and green sauce and the green was by far our favorite, adds just the perfect flavor. We brought home the Pastor quesadilla, so can't wait to try it! The gentlemen that work there are very friendly and helpful with deciding what to try. We ate inside "The Bus" and it has a cool vibe, they did a good job providing a few booths so you can eat immediately and not have to eat in your car. We'll definitely be back and try the Torta's and Burgers.

Since their business name includes "taco" I had to try them out. I have to say that their tacos are very good with my favorite being the tripitas. I was also curious about their burgers since those seem to be an item that people get. I ordered the monster burger which is a Mexican style burger loaded with all kinds of goodies including winnies and ham. My description of it doesn't do it justice so take a look at my pics. Their tacos are very good but you also need to try one of their burgers, especially if you have a monster appetite.

I came near closing, but service was still awesome. The lady behind the counter was super patient with me as I scanned the menu and tried to figure out what I wanted to order. I was dinner so I opted for a Birria burrito, then added on a Birria taco and a carne asada taco. There were two people ahead of me so my food was a little slow to come but I tell ya: it was worth the wait. My picture doesn't really do this justice. The burrito is fucking huge. One of the biggest I've ever had. I wish I knew how big it was ahead of time, cause I would not have ordered the tacos. Or maybe I would have cause the tacos were chonky and so damned good too. Going back to the birria burrito.. wow. It was packed full of birria with some rice and beans. The ratio is AMAZING for us meat lovers. I could only stomach half the burrito, plus the two tacos. Was able to save the other half for lunch tomorrow. Still super duper tasty. The birria was very very juicy and tender flavorful. Lord, mouth is watering just thinking about it. The other amazing part? The PRICE. That giant birria burrito was $11.99. I defy you to find a place with a better price to portion ratio than this. Especially in this economy. I'm definitely coming back, cause apparently the other burritos are even BIGGER according to the staff. Price, taste, quantity. Can't be beat. You'd be doing yourself a disservice if you skip this spot. Or maybe skip it, so they don't get overhyped and jack up their prices. (yeah, I'm a little selfish XD)

Give him a call to get the "who, what, when, where, why, & how" for his location on any given day. However, I must say that Nomad BBQ is still providing *excellent* Texas style BBQ of exceptional tastiness at very economical prices, given the high quality of the food. If you see their truck anywhere around town, stop in, chow down, and smile ... smile ... smile ... at all the wondrous gustatorial nirvana you've just indulged in. Hands down, killer good BBQ! Everything I said in my previous review still stands. Of special note, besides the extremely good food, is the gregarious, outgoing, and hyper friendly personality that positively shines out of Mr Theo. One of the most convivial food vendors in town. I personally found that the price/value for the amount and quality of food Nomad's bbq provides is well worth it. I had a pulled pork sandwich (plus a bit of brisket and the 2 sides that I couldn't resist trying to save for my next meal) and thought the meat was smokey, jiving and so scrumptious...and this is coming from someone who normally doesn't eat so much meat like myself! Overall, I really like that Theo seems passionate about making the food that he serves. Plus, it doesn't hurt that this bbq type of food tastes so good..and is so rare to find ABQ, too.
