Claire's located inside Temecula Promenade mall is every girls go to for accessories. All my girls have had their ears pierced here. Customer service is pretty good here. She alerted us to a great clearance sale going on in the back and of course we bought more than we came for! Prices are reasonable. read more

While this place is super cute and every little girly girl will be sucked into the world of glitz and glamour and all the cute things, it's a money pit. They try and advertise "sales" like you're getting a good deal until you actually look at their prices. Individual pairs of earrings were $15+ (most were $20+) at buy 3 get 3 free. Ok, seems like it's a good deal but is it worth spending upwards of $45+ for 6 pairs of tiny earrings? Definitely not as cute as they used to be, it's like this store went through puberty and it's all grown up. I get a feeling it's geared more towards tweens-teens and up and does not appeal to the littles very much. We had great service, the manager it seemed like checked in on us a couple times and gave us the details on their sales and Katey are the register was nice enough. It's just no longer a store we can frequent often anymore, but more so just for special occasions. Holiday items are buy one get one half off right now. read more

Omg! I came here to write a 5 star review on Mary and just now reading thru other reviews I see her name pop up. She is legit the most patient and helpful positive vibe I've encountered. I needed help figuring out which earring studs to get. Certain ones were on sale and she helped break down the different costs since I wouldn't need the after care cleanser/piercing which is the price on the back of the stud board. Thank you for answering all my questions and taking the time with me even though I didn't understand it at the time at first. Mary needs a raise. read more

Today My daughter had an appointment for an ear piercing. The store was super crowded and chaotic. Katey Gross was the only employee working both the register and the ear piercing station. Do not go here for ear piercing. Their jewelry is cheap regardless of price. We got the crystal Daisy for our 18-month-old. First off the lady who was going to do the piercing got us all psyched that she'd been doing it for years. Then her manager did a bait and switch when my daughter was up about ready to get her ear piercing. the manager came and did the piercing instead. Definitely did not have the technique or finesse the first girl had sold us on. Then a couple months after our daughter's ear pierced healed their jewelry broke off in her ear and has been extremely difficult to remove. We now have to take her to urgent care or a specialist to have the earring removed. Everyone warned us not to go here but we didn't listen. Unfortunately our 18-month-old is paying for it read more

I'm not big on making reviews but after our experience today I felt it was necessary. My 4 year old begged to get her ears pierced so we took her in and once in the chair she was very nervous. Kelsey was the one to pierce her ears and words can't describe what an amazing job she did she was made for this job she made my daughter feel so comfortable and distracted her from her nerves making it fun and not scary at all! I'm so impressed with Kelsey's way with kids I'm so glad she made this experience so wonderful for my baby read more

Horrible customer service. I never shop here ( I am too old to want to purchase anything from here) , but I was looking for a birthday gift for my daughter's 9 year old friend. I was specifically looking for jewelry and "anything Shopkins". When I walked in, the young lady (heavier girl with shorter hair and glasses) was on the phone, on what seemed like a personal call, I say this only because she seemed very relaxed in her tone and mannerisms while on the phone. When she eventually got off the phone, she never bothered to acknowledge my child and I in any way, not even a hello or a smile, even though there were no other customers in the store. We were there maybe 10 minutes, looking around, at times even talking about the specific items we were looking for, and although she was close enough to hear us, she never offered to help at all. In fact, she couldn't have cared less that we were even there! Incredibly rude! Why work in retail if you clearly don't care to provide even decent customer service?? Well we eventually walked out, even though the store did in fact have what we were looking for. Why on earth would I spend my money here? I came in today without a clue what to get for a girly toddler. Kelsey Vineyard offered to help as soon as we walked in, and as soon as I explained the situation she guided me in the right direction and showed me how to save on the current sale. I walked out of with a ton of adorable stuff and I only payed $30. But Kelsey's energy and helpfulness far surpassed any other sales person in all of my Christmas shopping so far. The more I look at my ear/ earrings the more frustrated I get. The holes aren't at all symmetrical and they are too close to my first piercing so I'm not able to wear earrings in both holes. Very frustrating. read more

Took my daughter here to get her ears pierced. After 3 weeks we took earrings out to clean and then put back in (as they said we could do). They wouldn't go back in! After numerous attempts (and a very upset child) I gave up. The very next day tried again. It seemed worse. I called them. They said that they could try but if it started to close they have to repearce. I what it would cost...I had to buy the earrings and everything again!!! Oh, and because my daughter is sensitive to metal we bought the gold ones. So it would be another $60. Fast forward a couple months....Im in Oceanside with my other daughter who wanted her 2nd piercing in her ear. So we call Claire's (60-70$). We ask again, "can we use her original earrings from your store...14k white gold?". They said no. It has to be new. So we call Piercings by Tracy. Not only did they reuse her good earrings, but they used a needle and not the gun which she said was so much better and not painful at all. And...it only cost $20!!! They were so kind and everything was clean. New needle every time (unlike the gun at Claire's). I will take my other daughter to Oceanside to re-pierce my little ones ears. read more

Don't get your ears pierced here. Got my daughters ears pierced and they were not even close to symmetrical. Wouldn't fix it without the receipt. Understandable I guess and I didn't really want to give her a second chance anyway. read more

Busiest day of the week. There is only one person running the entire store. People including me are waiting to pay and that one person is piercing someone is ear. Wait time 25 min ++ just to pay for a pin. Obviously cheap owner doesn't wanna hire anyone else. read more

Worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life. The manager is so incredibly rude, hanging up on me every time I place a call to ask a question; and that's the nice side of it, she also socially profiled AND verbally harassed some friends of mine (who were minors) and accused them of stealing and they were banned from the boutique. Even after they found the missing merchandise WITHIN the store, my friends were not offered an apology, and are still not welcomed within the store. UNBELIEVABLE. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Just wanted to throw a big Thank you to the girls working at Claire's tonight. Arina was the best, helping my 4 year old daughter through the process of getting her ears pierced. She was truly a professional keeping her her laughing and smiling, until she was finished.
