This Tanger is located Route 30 (East or West) on Lincoln Highway. This Tanger Outlets in Lancaster, PA is not a huge outlet mall, as noted accurately by fellow Yelper Dave L. There are high-end stores as Brooks Brothers, Movado, Kate Spade, Ann Taylor. Tanger is equipped with parking, and restroom facilities. Facilities are relatively clean. The store directory is obscured but my party walked to circle the grounds. There is also a printed store directory for grabs. Again, upon exiting the car the air had a high functioning stench of horse manure to heaven! The noisome odor emanating from the nearby unseen horse stables made it difficult for my party to enjoy the shopping experience, amid the dangerous excessive heat wave of Independence Day 2026 holiday weekend. We were among the Amish in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

Instead of "women" and "men", racks are labeled "femme presenting" and "masculine presenting". They have a good sized inventory for a small store, and everything was in great condition. Prices were good, they have color rage sales, which is typical for thrift. I paid $7 for a pair of cotton shirts and $5 for a sisal hat - the hat was on sale. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and supportive without being overwhelming. I think it's a great addition to downtown Lancaster, and Im looking forward to visiting again soon.

The store is well organized as they carry baby clothes, children's clothes, women's clothes, men's clothes, and toys. The prices on the tags start at once price and the longer the item is there the cheaper the item is and that is listed on the tag which is nice. All clothes are in amazing shape and I was told they are thoroughly looked through before being placed in the store. This store also takes used clothing and will sell it for you, they have a strict guideline that you must follow when bringing in clothes you would like to sell. Their rules are listed on their Facebook page but a few I remember are they will not take clothes that are in trash bags, they must be nicely folded and placed in boxes or bins, and if there are any outfits they must be folded and placed together. I did end up buying clothes for my 10 month old and a few toys which were in great shape and I got them for a steal! I did not get to thoroughly look through the store as I went on a Saturday and it was super crowded and it was hard to get through everyone to look through all the racks. I am planning on selling some of my sons baby clothes through this store so I will update my review after I have gone through the whole process of selling!

It was like a thrift store was hit by a tornado. The store at the Tangiers Outlet was pristine. Aisles were clutter free, clothing was properly displayed. We were there with friends, after breakfast at Shady Maple, and I went into the store simply for the air conditioning. I wasn't even looking to buy anything, but this super adorable blue t-shirt with blue octopuses grabbed my attention. I was still on the fence about buying it, because the neck looks a little tight, but the price tag read less than three dollars. For that price I have no qualms about cutting the garmet to make it fit better. Thanks for the unexpected pleasant surprise, old navy. I could use more of those in my life.

Those shirts aren't "in" as much as they used to be, especially in Pennsylvania. I just came in here with hope that they would have one. It was towards the end of the summer fashion season and I wasn't going to be pressed whether or not they had one. But I was lucky that day and when rummaging through the clearance section they happened to have one. I was very delighted that they did and as a bonus, it was clearance. Since I found a shirt, I decided to rummage some more to see if I could pick up a complete outfit here so that I would be good. I ended up coming out of here with a complete outfit for the luau for less than $20. I can't complain or beat that, but I could only imagine what it would have been if I had come here when they were full price.
