It's definitely worth the purchase.

Prices were good, they have color rage sales, which is typical for thrift. I paid $7 for a pair of cotton shirts and $5 for a sisal hat - the hat was on sale. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and supportive without being overwhelming. I think it's a great addition to downtown Lancaster, and Im looking forward to visiting again soon.

The kitchen items and shoes is particularly rough which cart to aisle spacing. Most items I feel are priced reasonably other items I feel are marked up too much for condition. As for the consignment end of things I feel they really pick and choose who they want to consign items with which to me is not very fair I feel like every consigner should be treated the same. I'm giving five stars because overall it's a great store. I just feel like there's definitely some things they should improve on. Parking has definitely gotten better that used to be atrocious.

I wasn't even looking to buy anything, but this super adorable blue t-shirt with blue octopuses grabbed my attention. I was still on the fence about buying it, because the neck looks a little tight, but the price tag read less than three dollars. While you may not be able to fit through some of the narrow aisles, you shouldn't have any problems in the fitting room. Expensive! Even for an outlet. But I'm more of a thrift girl. Now why am I giving this Gabe's the 2 star treatment? My daughter goes to the bathroom within the first 5 minutes of us being there and comes out distressed. Why might you ask, because apparently the bathroom was a disaster! She said there was feces smeared on one toilet and when she entered the handicap stall she immediately slipped in a puddle of urine! Why in heck was this bathroom sooooo filthy?!?! Of course our shopping experience was over before it really started. My daughter grabbed and outfit off the rack she could change into and we proceed to the line where the manger was ringing people. My daughter explained what had happened and the manager appeared to be very apologetic and said she couldn't give her the outfit for free, but did discount it. Honestly, in this case it should have been free. One outfit is far less expensive then a lawsuit. What if that had been an elderly person? Or what if she had been seriously hurt? I get the feeling that they are short staff because as I said the manger was ringing up customers. Corporate there's a problem in this store. Fix it before you loose more customers.
