He arranged for another local store to fill the order and confirmed that they had it in stock. Went over to the other store and had a polar opposite experience. Manager came out when I pointed out that the bulbs were not installed straight and told me that there was nothing he could do about it and that I'd have to go to a shop to complete the installation. He also lied stating that they don't do bulb replacement, which there website clearly shows that he was lying. He smirked and just stood there, and again refused to offer any other help. Went back to see Trevon at the original store who was able to rectify the installation within just a few minutes. I asked two straightforward questions: whether the vehicle vehicles turbo oil screens have been replaced (a well documented issue on these vehicles that can cost thousands of dollars to repair) And whether the vehicle was a trade-in. Instead of receiving clear answers, I got what appeared to be generic, inaccurate responses, including statements and implying that AI had personally driven or inspected the vehicle. I was hoping for a better experience this time, but unfortunately it seems customer communication and transparency are still lacking. If you're going to use AI to communicate with potential buyers, it should provide accurate information or simply admit when it doesn't know the answer-not create the impression that it has firsthand knowledge of a vehicle.
