I have been going to this gym since January 2025 and have been extremely motivated to come each time for class. The trainers and especially owner Jen keep you accountable and keep positive. The gym is very clean and orderly and is truly a welcoming environment. Have never been this encouraged to work out even when going to a gym; and even on bad days I still come! The consistency pays off when you can see and feel a difference in yourself. Being around good and friendly people is so important and a great motivator to come in as that can drive someone. An absolute favorite way to spend my Sunday morning taking a high intensity cardio kickboxing class at CKO Franklin square. I was drenched in sweat after the 1 hour class. I wish I could come more often as I'm not as close so I'm limited to weekends. The gym itself is new, clean and spacious! The bathrooms are a real beauty compared to my home gym. Come try it out. They have a bunch of trainers. My fav are Love, Linnette and Jen. You won't regret it! You may even walk out with a hoodie like I usually do. read more

My first time going to CKO Kickboxing Franklin Square was for a bootcamp they were offering. Jen was great at setting me up for the class, and orienting me to a few things. It was my first time trying kickboxing and I was shown the basics before the class started.
