They did not account for the 3-story height of the home as they threw shingles off and they landed on my newly powder coated (offsite) front steps all the way to my front door, and on a brand new deck and new patio table and chairs. I'm writing today because I noticed my painted metal patio table and chairs that were all scratched as a result of flying metal and shingles (as was my newly painted front railing) are showing premature wear as a result. My sandstone steps also had black marks from landing shingles. When I spoke to them about all the debris and damage they all but suggested it wasn't their fault. They asked me to email photos which I did and never heard back. I was too upset to pursue any further action at the time. One thing they did do was show up the next day unannounced and started sanding the black marks off my front sandstone steps. When you see the photos keep in mind they were working next door not at my home!!

Their team rebuilt our front porch, repaired broken arches, fixed several window lintels, and repointed a lot of worn out mortar around the exterior. The guys were all incredibly professional, and the craftsmanship is excellent and a great value. Everything turned out great, and it gave us wonderful peace of mind to have these major repairs completed before getting settled. We have been thoroughly enjoying our home ever since. They very quickly scheduled us in even though it was cold outside and in the holiday season. Everyone was very pleasant to talk with and the entire project for the more contemporary replacement windows was done within two days. The new black vinyl windows look very nice from the inside and outside and we can already tell that drafts are minimized in the house because of the new windows. The windows they suggested have helped to "elevate" the outside appeal of our 140-yr-old gambrel-roofed house, while not detracting from the vintage style of the house.

They came out right away and quoted me at $2500 and ensured that if I placed the order now they would have plenty of time to receive and install the carpet before our big visit. Once I agreed and they charged my card the down payment, I get a phone call almost a week later telling me that their distributor mis-quoted and that the new price is $3300. I was upset because I felt like this was a bait and switch since they knew I was in a bind, plus I didn't see how it was our fault that they didn't get their numbers correct. If our business misquoted our clients you better believe we would be eating that cost. However, we eventually negotiated to split the increase and he ensured me that all was well with our deadline. Two days before they are scheduled to install, four days before my deadline, they tell me that they can't get the carpet in time even though UPS offers NDA and Saturday delivery. They threw their distributor under the bus yet refused to let me contact them to see if I could get the carpet shipped direct through our UPS account. They were completely unwilling to work with me on installing another day and gave me no other options. I could tell that they didn't want to do the work due to their previous mistakes making the job less profitable for them. I understand that to a point, but as a I now have to explain to my boss why the carpet is not being replaced it's my ass on the line. Bottom Line: Shady business practices that will leave you in the lurch.

Chris starts with Low Pressure Soap.... then after circling your entire house, letting the soap soak in, he makes another: "Lap" with medium pressure rinse. His patient attention to details leaves your house really bright! On the (paver) patio, he uses a scrubbing machine then a high pressure rinse leaving the surface absolutely immaculate!
