***Now the truck has engine problems along with unsolved transmission problems. dealership refusing…read moreto take the vehicle back. 2 days have gone by and they haven't even looked at it while I'm without a vehicle *** *** over a week later. Still no call back*** *** This seems to be the only place they will communicate. I did not receive any phone calls, voicemails, emails or texts from you. And have since called back 2 times leaving my contact information in your voicemail with again....no response. The terrible communication of this place continues *** I have purchased four vehicles personally, plus a good number of friends and family from this dealership over the past 10 years, but unfortunately this will be my last experience here. From the start, the communication has been very poor. I purchased a truck tjat was not on the lot. It belonged to the general manager's father and I was told it was a Platinum. I came by to look at the truck and it turned out to be a Lariat. Not a huge deal but I was just expecting something different, I was also told it was a 2022--the oldest model year I was willing to consider--as I was signing paperwork my wife noticed it was actually a 2021. At this point its Friday night and we need a vehicle for trip planned the next day. Disappointed and Regrettably, I continued to sign. The night of pick up, I sat there in the waiting room for hours as my original salesman was off, and another salesman took over the task while juggling other customers, he seemed overwhelmed. Since the purchase, I have had multiple service issues with the transmission, brakes and hidden damages. the communication from the service department has been extremely lacking. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing. Because of the misinformation and the continued lack of communication, I will no longer be doing business with this dealership in the future. On top of all of this, the lack of communication continues, I am sitting here on a Saturday night after hours and I still don't have a vehicle for Monday with again no update from anyone.

Don't buy from these guys, they are fine when selling you a vehicle but you lose any customer…read moreservice after you drive off the lot. They also hide defects in their vehicles. Bought a GMC Truck with just over 50K miles and a few months later the tail pipe is completely rusted out and broken in half. No way I drove it enough to do this kind of damage, tried to have them fix it. After three days of no response they decided the best they would do is cover labor and only charge for the parts. $900 for a repair that would cost $100 anywhere else for parts. They know they sold me crap and won't take responsibility for it. I never thought I would have to inspect a tail pipe on a truck with 50K miles on it. My F150 was older, had 150K plus miles and never rusted out once.

Bought a 2018 Ford Escape with about 30K miles, with a 72 month Advantage Care Warranty…read more The first salesman dropped the ball somewhat i.e. didn't give me the parental key (only a secondary key that locks out some of the controls, didn't run my card properly for the down-payment) then went on vacation right after he sold me the car however the other salesperson took good care of me and got things situated. I did have to go to Romano Ford to get the key after the first 2 places they sent me couldn't do it, but TecForce covered the bill. The Warranty has a $100 deductible however they waive the deductible if you have the repair done there; but what they don't tell you is it can take 3 weeks to get an appointment, however if you can drop the car off they can probably get to it that day; About 6 months later the A/C stopped working on the hottest day of the summer; so I dropped the car off early in the morning, they diagnosed the issue in the afternoon (leaky compressor) and got the part / fixed it the next day. The repair would have cost over $1,100 but Advantage Care covered it. The repair manager seemed completely competent to me, there wasn't a question he couldn't answer and the repair went well. Will probably buy another car there.

A family member of mine had a car towed here because after getting the oil changed here, it sat in…read morethe garage for a while and leaked oil all over the floor! And since it sat for a while, we also asked them to check the battery and maybe jump-start it. These guys came back claiming that we needed a new battery AND a new starter! We decided to get a second opinion, because the starter was actually fairly new. So, we had AAA come out. But before towing it, the AAA guy tried jump-starting it first. It was almost comical the way it started right up. ... with a supposed bad starter!!! Needless to say, we brought it somewhere else who fixed the leaky oil and replaced the battery. We will never do business here again, nor will we ever recommend them, because they evidently thought they could make an easy buck doing unnecessary work for someone they assumed wouldn't know any better. They probably didn't even look at the car and charged us $80+ for a "diagnostic". Ugh... This place is incompetent, sexist, ageist, dishonest, and unethical.
