I contracted them to completely repaint the walls in a townhouse that was between tenants. Luis accepted the 4 day window of time and the estimate beat competitors by thousands of dollars. What I didn't expect was the exceptional preparation and repair prior to painting. They did so much more than simply filling nail holes. They spackled and sanded every imperfection in the walls. They laid plastic and drop cloths over every floor, including the stairs. After seeing the great look of the walls, I asked Luis to paint the trim as well. The estimate he provided for this late request was unbeatable. With a ten man motivated and very personable team, they were nearing completion by the middle of the second day when I decided they should also paint the ceilings. Again another unbeatable estimate. These guys are great and fast. They even repaired a damaged base board molding next to the refrigerator at no extra cost. The completed job was great. Luis and his team at Liberty Painting have my strongest recommendation. I will definitely use them again. Their cost and quality of work cannot be beat.

I really wanted to like Tom. When I called him to get an estimate he was very responsive and called…read moreme back the same day. He came out later that week and presented me with a proposal. I needed my gutters cleaned and to power wash my townhouse and paint some stairs. Tom's price was definitely much higher than the other companies I received estimates from but he seemed professional and kept going on about how he was one of the only ones that was licensed and bonded. Even though he said it would be 7 weeks before he had availability to come out and get to my house I still hired him. He said once I give him the check for the down payment that he would give me a date that would lock me in. My date was July 15th and that date came and went and the 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st all came and went. I finally called him on the 22nd and he called me back and apologized and told me he would be there next Monday. On Monday he calls me and says he can't make it on account of all this rain we are getting but he would be there Wednesday. I have no idea what he was talking about because it never rained but I'm a very reasonable guy so I told him not to worry and Wednesday would be fine. He comes out Wednesday to power wash the house which only takes him about 90 minutes and says that the paint I selected for the outdoor deck stairs is not very good and that he has a "special sealant stain that he uses that would only be XX dollars and that I'm in luck because he has it in stock." The paint I selected is 10 year outdoor Behr paint that I have used several times before and works great. He comes back the following week to paint the stairs and is in such a rush that he misses several spots. When my wife and I point it out to him he says "it's the paints fault, it's total ****, this stuff is like water." It's not the paints fault that there are several spots of the stairs that never were touched by his paint brush. He took on too many jobs and spread himself so thin that he did a rush job. I would not hire Tom again, awful customer service with no pride in his work or attention to detail.

For context, they painted the interior or of our entire home - walls, trim, and ceiling. The team knew how to work with high end paint and transformed a set of drab, beige, poorly textured, and banged up walls. They sanded the walls to manage the texture, worked expertly with tricky corners, managed complex work with dry wall to address dings and structural oddities. They are not just incredible painters - they are also amazing project managers and partners. The team managed our paint job while we traveled, but our furniture and floors were kept pristine (despite our 0% prep for them).
