So we gave them a call when we needed some interior painting done. Dave was prompt and thoughtful as he inspected our project area and he was very honest in his analysis. His pricing was fair and transparent. We ended up waiting to do the interior work during colder months when he offers discounts for interior painting. He gave us a great price and scheduled the work right away. His team did an amazing job and was very respectful, cleaning up at the end of each day. They also resolved a minor misunderstanding about paint colors with excellent customer service. We also had Wokenfus replace French doors which we had purchased most of the supplies ahead of time. They did an amazing job around the botched work of a previous contractor and made the doors look beautiful! He also provided quotes for some other interior carpentry. Unfortunately we are holding on some of that work to focus on recent water damage elsewhere. Dave seems to understand that establishing a long term trusted relationship with his clients is an important part of running his business. I hope to be able to provide an update after our exterior painting is completed.

Wockenfuss painted my house twice. The first time he did a good job the second time I had a small…read moreissue which he would not fix for me. There was a rotten strip of wood that was not repaired during the painting process. About a week after he left I found a small rotten piece of wood over the garage door. You could put your finger through it. He told me to use wood filler and then paint it. You can fill small holes not an 18 inch strip. He told me to come back it would be $550 to do the work and I had the wood. So instead of paying that ridiculous price I called my handyman and had him do the work and buy the materials. It was $216 total. Then I filed a claim with the County Board Department of Labor for the $216. Mr. Wockenfuss did not want to pay and wrote a letter stating why and never honored the warranty or his work. I consider him a poor businessman. Yes he gives a decent price but he is not a decent person. So buyer beware. If everything goes well and he can leave rotten wood where you can't see it, you will be happy with his work. Beware if you want an honorable contractor. This happened in 2022. I was going through some old papers and decided to submit this before I throw the papers away.

His team jumped right into sanding, prepping, filling holes, and applying absolutely perfect paint in every room. We've only had a few people over our new home, but every person has been effusive over how the paint makes it look brand new. Great painters to bring life to a unique home. Brian also worked very mindfully with other contractors when we were having multiple jobs done at the house over the same period of time. He interacted with them to ensure they jointly completed jobs as quickly as possible. Very reasonably priced as well, especially for the service and quality!

Raymond Gomez is the owner and the person…read morebehind the lies that were told to my husband and I when we hired him to hang drywall and paint a basement room that had flooded. He was also hired to repair three additional drywall areas in our home; basement bathroom, kitchen ceiling above stove, and corner ceiling and wall in master bathroom. Raymond guaranteed we would be very happy with his work, that he would took special care to hang thick plastic sheeting to contain drywall mess and splatter. He did none of this! Our house is destroyed with a thick white film of drywall dust throughout and covering everything we own in our home! We could not even allow him to finish the three additional areas due to the excessive mess and drywall splatter throughout our home! Raymond also lied about the time frame; he said three days max, working on weekends if need be. But no, three days turned into two weeks and no one worked over the weekend. Raymond also underbid on the square footage and was mad at my husband and I because he " would not make much money from our job"! Then Raymond had the nerve to talk down to me as if I were stupid when I gave him my paint colors. It definitely appears that Raymond detest women and has no problem not keeping his word. He also has no respect for our home and did absolutely nothing to contain the mess, even though his contract stated he would provide drop cloths, tape, and coverings to contain the drywall and he provided nothing! We had to use all of our good sheets to cover what we could, but to no avail! Currently my home is trashed with drywall dust and incomplete drywall repairs due to his lack of professionalism and poor communication skills.

I hired PBS to paint some rooms in my new home which was empty at the time. I sent a video detailing every wall to be painted and the colors to be painted. Long story short, they did well in some areas, really bad in others. My main level, I had an accent wall painted. It was so sloppily done that I had to laugh. And they got some of that color paint (dark blue) on an adjacent (light gray) wall. I wanted the basement to be a lighter color than it originally was but since they didn't prime with a light color paint, it came out dark. I've since had it repainted. They got paint all on my floors. there was a bright orange wall that was painted to match the rest of my family room: after 3 years, that orange paint is visible in some spots. It was always visible at the bases because of incomplete coverage after they painted. When I called the Khairy to make him aware of the issues, he did come out and mentioned that it wasn't done on purpose... Ok. They came back to fix the issues. The paint on the floor was cleaned up, the accent wall still looked messy. I had work done in my home later and that wall was the first thing my contractor commented on. Overall, very nice people. Hopefully they've improved, but I've decided to do a huge paint job in my home and I'm not considering them.

They ended up replacing a copper sewer pipe (our house is from the 60s) running from the upstairs bathroom down to the kitchen pantry.
