Two days later the one corner brick he replaced was good, but 3 nearby bricks cracked in half. That one stretch of grouting I wanted touched up was fixed, but new cracks formed as a result of the work completed. I messaged him 09/25 saying roughly more damage has been done than his work was supposed to fix. He asked if he could come Saturday 09/28. I said sure. It was beautiful day I would have preferred to goto the beach or something. I waited all day and afternoon and sent him messages. I didn't get a message until that evening that he wasn't going to come. Maybe he went to the beach for me! He asked if he could come Monday 09/30. I said sure, just park and do what you need. He never came just asked me what the weather was. So I took a screenshot of the weather for the next 10 days and sent to him 09/30 in the evening, then asked him on 10/03 when he would like to come. Today is 10/05 and I haven't received a message. Today is also a beautiful day, maybe he went to the beach for me!

The quality of the work is excellent. Special mention of Mr Anthony. He speaks fluent English which helped in communication. Without his presence it was a bit hard communicating. He is extremely polite and also helped with gutter adjustments while "work in progress" many times till I was completely satisfied after the wood replacements were done. The owner of handyman took care of all repairs associated with the water damage thank you very much yes we are all human and we make mistakes but they owned up to their mistakes and fixed the problem again thank you. install a vanity in my third-floor bathroom. Mr. James Ellenberger was the insulator. This company drilled right through my water pipe and flooded my house. And did not want to take responsibility until I had to get a plumber out here to figure out what the problem was and where the leak came from and sure enough it was confirmed by the licensed plumber that the installer Which works for Mr. handyman drilled right into my waterline flooded my first second and third floor. This company don't want to pay to restore my home or better yet the owner wants to sell his people to restore my home why would I trust them to do anything in my home ever in life. And this company couldn't even have the decency to refund my money for the work done considering they messed everything up again. Not only did I have to pay for them to install the vanity but now I have to pay to have my house dried out in the drywall torn up in my floors replaced because of their neglect

We have had really good experiences with Mr. Handyman in the past. This time things were…read moredifferent. We scheduled for the deck to be power washed then a few weeks later to be stained. The power wash went well and pictures were taken of the completed job to have on file. It was explained to me that the pictures of the deck would assist the next technician to plan for the deck to be stained. When it was time for the deck to be stained, the technician arrived stating the job was not scheduled properly, the previous quote was incorrect and the job couldn't be completed on that day. After requesting time off from work, weeks in advance all I could do was approve the work for the time allotted. That resulted in 1/3 of the job (exterior deck) completed at the top of the price range. There seems to be a lack of communication amongst the team at Mr. Handyman, which leads to poor customer service. Now due to AI, it's very challenging trying to speak to a human to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, I'm looking into another company who has provided Great customer service consistently.
