Though it's a free ocean and an enjoyable fishery perhaps it would serve the fishery as a whole if you educate your customers regarding ediquette while fishing around other folks chasing false albacore and bonito. Please do not: 1. cut off other anglers who are slowly preparing an approach on a school of fish. 2. Please don't race over and jump on schools of fish, it only spooks them and they sound. 3. If another angler is hooked up please don't motor close to the boat hooked up where as they may cut off the hooked fish. Everyone wants to have a good time on the water but it's becoming not a good time. As a part of the community I would hope you would please pass on some sage advice to this new breed of angler. I finally was able to reach out to the owner who was very apologetic and we returned again and agreed on the purchase. They sent an estimate in July and I responded to go ahead and still NOTHING. My wife is heartbroken and I am angry and mystified at how little they do to, not just make a sale, but even worse literally smash a persons dream. So I'm done with them and will just take my chances buying online and going to a local bike shop for adjustments. A really terrible experience and I hope if there are other bike shops out there they consider selling handcycles. It's a niche and this consumer needs choices.

When I found the same boat much closer to me I called them to cancel my order and they charged me a "restocking fee" for a boat that had not yet been brought into the shop, or unwrapped. The fee I had to pay, over $260, is the charge when someone buys a boat, takes it home, and then returns it. I can understand a small penalty for "making" them write up a sales slip, but this was excessive.

This place is I believe two floors even though I did not venture past the first level. They do have lots of pieces clothing accessories and a little extras in between. Prices range from reasonable to high end. They did have a few glass cases near the check out register that I was looking at but not one person asked if I needed assistance even though they were within sight. Two men and a lady just behind the counter chatting away. I looked around a bit more but felt like it didn't matter if I was there or not. Not even greeted on entering. I left without purchasing anything. I personally will not return to this location.
