The heat mold process is pretty hands off. An associate with put in the heat blaster and after that it's all you. Took about 10-15 minutes to heat up my boots and additional 10-15 minutes of walking around and going outside to roll the boots on the stones to create an arch. I recommend wearing your thickest socks and an additional one or two thin wool socks underneath to push out the foam/material if the boots were tight to begin with. Lots of deals. Staff is friendly and The facilities are clean (or as clean as a skate park might be aka stickers everywhere). Most importantly, the bathrooms are clean! There are lockers you can use to store your stuff. Bring your own lock. There's a skate shop and a couple of different areas different styles of ramps. There are lots of areas for parents to hang out or kids to chill and eat food. There's even a couch and some upholstered chairs for watching skate videos. Bring your own snacks or buy food from the snack bar or the vending machines. Not a whole lot of options, but there is hot coffee and tea. If you want more than snacks, I recommend bringing food in. Prices are $25 for a three hour session or $50 for the entire day. Skate parks and scooters are available to rent for 10 bucks. It feels like a pretty good value when you compare it to the cost of other activities such as snowboarding for over $100 a day. You can even rent the place for private parties for $200 per hour certain days.
