I called and a recorded voice told me to send a text. Love that! I hate talking on the phone. It should happen when all other forms of communication have been exhausted. I got a very prompt response to my text. There was some back and forth, questions, answers, and sometimes lack of answers on my part because I don't actually know anything about pools. I was not made to feel stupid or irresponsible for not knowing anything about my pool. Eventually we did exhaust texting as a form of communication. He asked me to call him and I did. Nice phone voice, very friendly. We ran through a few more questions that were a little too complicated for texting. Then he told me how to fix it! It can hard to find people who don't change you for things you don't need, especially if you are completely ignorant on the subject. He really could have screwed me over, but he chose not to. Now I know where to go if I need pool service. My trust and respect has been earned!
