Used this company's service for the last six months. Chris was never onsite longer than 15…read moreminutes. Have never used a service before so wasn't sure if their service was normal. Out of the last four weeks of their service, my pool was always a green color. When I texted him to ask why so green - his answer "I don't know". It's only husband and wife team so no one really to complain to. Was about to find another company when the wife sends email at 8:45 PM and cancels service "mid month" with one week notice and without a single reason for the cancellation until I emailed back to ask why. Then claims its only to change their schedule around. Didn't even offer any refund until I insisted on a full month's refund. My cameras never caught Chris ever touching the filter cartridge (filter installed brand new in December) and today it was opened to find a ridiculous amount of build up. The filter should have been opened and cleaned every three weeks. Now having to pay another company a great deal of money to straighten out the mess. I will not sit back quiet anymore. Next step is the BBB.
