According to your OWN reply, we were to hear something within 24-48 hours. Huh! Never heard a word. It is too bad too. My father has been getting older and we wanted to request an estimate from a reputable company to take over several properties that my father has been doing lawn care for, for years. He was proud that he could spend his entire Monday through Friday going to his numerous properties and doing all of the mowing, pruning, weeding, trimming, tree and shrub care. He is 83 yo and after he fainted, we thought that maybe we could find a reputable lawn care business to take over all of our properties. We wanted to give the jobs to someone who was professional, green, responsible and willing to give an estimate and take time to come meet the owner and tell us, through him, what you could do for our properties. Too bad we never heard from you. Just a suggestion, follow up WITH every request, the one you ignore may just change your life and the lives of your board (employees) , because we could have made you an exclusive client with enough lawn care, compensation, equipment that you could potentially have had only one exclusive client to keep you busy for years and years to come. I have a LOT of belongings and the majority have been destroyed. The worst part is, I was in the midst of unpacking before I left a month ago because I recently purchased this home. I have boxes of clothes, shoes, accessories, purses and so much more that are now trash. Mold on so many things. Due to the bed sitting in water, the legs have cracked, clothes on hangers in the closet smell like mold. It's a disaster. I was upset at the beginning because this is not what one wants to walk into. My plan was to unpack boxes, not pack up what I can salvage. They were replacing some cabinet boxes in my kitchen. Turns out that they hadn't even started building the box when they called to reschedule since on Fridaty cabinet guy called me directly to see if he could stop by to match the wood. On the following Monday I fired them (why work with dishonest contractors). I told them if they had the box built bring it by on Wednesday which they did. The entire job was suppose to cost $3600. I had to email them three times to get a refund. They emailed me a week later to say that the box cost $3100 and there would be a $75 change fee!! The box cost no more than $500 to make!!!!!! No response when I complained about the service price and refund. Crooks!!!!!
