They made a deposit for materials, and after cabinets was installed they start coming up with all kinds of excuses just do not make a payment. But apparently they were posting the pictures of the job stating it's "completed" . After weeks of waiting for payment we informed them that we are putting lean on the property and taking them to court for non payment , mean time we got in touch with home owner and informed them about entire situation. Apparently, and we were not surprised, home owner had no idea that there is any "issue" with the work and they confirmed that project was completed long time ago and they paid everything for a project. And at the end they blocked us everywhere. For future clients- think 10 times before hiring them ,because you may ended up with lien on your property.
