Steve was very professional and pleasant to talk to. He worked hard while he was here and addressed all of my concerns.

Best choice to manage any electrical work (large or small), this team is hands down the optimal selection. They will provide a complete, thorough estimate with a detailed explanation of the planned work. Personal, competent office communication (Hi, Allie) for scheduling and handling all city inspections. We have used this team on large and small home projects and have been completely satisfied with the end product. We will always continue to use and recommend Blue Beagle. read more

This was our first time ever hiring an electrician, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the initial call with the owner Jay to the service visit with Corey, the entire experience was seamless and genuinely positive. Even though our issue was not an emergency, they were able to squeeze us in next day. It was also very clear from my conversation with Jay that he genuinely cares about and appreciates his teammates. Corey, our electrician, arrived on time, walked me through everything he was doing, and took the time to explain the work in a way that felt transparent and easy to understand. He was personable, kind, and someone you immediately feel you can trust in your home. We originally chose this company because we're proud beagle owners and loved the branding -- but now they've earned customers for life. Exceptional service, great people, and a company that clearly takes pride in their work. All of which is hard to find these days as the customer experience continues to erode in many in industries.Highly recommend. Thank you Blue Beagle! read more

We've used Blue Beagle for a number of our electrical projects: a charging station in the garage, an exhaust fan problem, under cabinet lighting issues, and most recently a breaker repair. Called them very late on a Friday afternoon, explained the situation (no lights in the guest bedrooms with company arriving on Saturday) and they were at the house in less than an hour. This firm is top notch - responsive, knowledgeable, and very professional. I would highly recommend them - it's hard to find qualified help that's also ethical - and Blue Beagle is both. read more

Easy and fast services. Reasonable price. Neat job. Installation verified. Works great.

I was having a problem with LED bulbs custard going out. I also had concerns with sparks from the outlet when plugging in an appliance. Abs i thought i might have a voltage issue. Also, the other day, both bulbs blew out in my closet when I turned the switch on. I called Blue Beagle (Briggs Electric) and they were very accommodating making my appointment. They did a full inspection of every switch, tested the voltage, told me why I was having a problem with the down lights in my kitchen, showed me every single broken switch (14 of them! ) which would have eventually required replacement, just like the one in the closet, which was the reason that the bulbs both blew out. Cory, the electrician who came, spent time explaining everything in detail. All in all, he was here for 3 hours. Hope I don't need an electrician again, but if I do, I will definitely use them. read more

Jay Briggs of blue beagle is an incredibly caring individual who only wants to conduct his business in the most professional way. When he explained how his wife and himself rescue animals and care for them and that he's committed to growing his business by the use of AI tools, it was really great to hear there were still truly such caring people that want to do right by their customers. read more

Jay, Steve and Cory were extreamly professional from the beginning and planning my electrical work. It took them two whole days to replace both of my electrical boxes and to run new wiring under the house. We had an off day in the middle of those two day waiting for a power drop from Duke Energy. Being interested in their working I was so impressed with the way they were working. Each one was working separately and each one knew what the others were doing. Their work was professionally done and very neat. Thank you Jay, Steve and Cory for the great job. I highly recommend them. James and Patricia Tedder read more

Jay Briggs and team from Briggs Electric did a phenomenal job of upgrading our kitchen electrical. His work was quick, clean and reasonably priced. In addition, Jay recommended under the counter lighting. At first I was reluctant because I was just being a cheapo but Jay convinced me of the timing and cost effectiveness. I cannot articulate how beautiful the lighting is, and how much it has improved our 'kitchen aesthetic'. Listen to the experts, listen to Jay and team. Briggs Electric gets two-thumbs up, plus 5 stars! read more

My husband and I had Brigg's come out and add a light to the corner of the house, an outlet in our pantry for the microwave. They arrived early, had several guys to complete the job. If we ever have any electrical needs we will always call Briggs read more

I contacted Jay two years ago when we moved in because we needed an outlet and floodlight on our deck. The job turned out to be quite complicated, but Jay didn't falter! He gave us exactly what we wanted and the work was top notch! Fast forward to today and we just had Jay and his team out to install three outdoor security cameras, a floodlight and fix some indoor wiring issues. I'm blown away, truly. They worked so quickly and efficiently. It just amazed me. I asked a lot of them today, and they really came through. The work is impeccable and they're all aground great people. Would highly recommend to anyone for any type of electric work. They're geniuses! read more

I am really impressed with this company. The promptness in getting in touch, the timelines in coming to my home to inspect the scope of work, the quick quoting process, scheduling the work to be done and the final quality of work. Jay Briggs and his team have done an excellent job. I thought the quality of work was good value for money, Jay was great at explaining different options and associated costs, and the team he brought to my house moved through all the jobs quickly and professionally. I had two outdoor garage lights added, to GFI plugs added, two additional outdoor lights added, as well as a dedicated 20amp circuit in the garage for power tools, plus 4 interior garage lights added. Jay and his team left my house and garage cleaner then when they arrived, always a good sign of a craftsman. Jay is busy because he does good work - I will recommend him to anyone looking for high quality, high value electrical work. read more
