It was high time recently to arrange for some bathroom plumbing repairs I had required for a good while. But 'who' to call -- I needed a good recommendation.
That became Citywide Plumbing, and Joanie, the company's Office & Accounts Manager, was contacted for an appointment.
I was advised the company was heavily-booked at the time, but she would fit in an appointment my way as soon as a schedule permitted. And yeah, that was accomplished just two days after my initial call.
With friendly, caring, quality service provided by Mike and Jorn, the plumbers that came, two bathroom units were repaired, and proper functioning of each re-established. The job to be done was initially assessed/inspected by Mike, and then turned over to Jorn to complete. The working 'guts' of an old bathtub faucet and toilet were removed, and new parts purchased and installed.
