I was looking for someone to help with an issue I've had for years, that no one has been able to successfully resolve. James, while very busy, happened to be near my house so came by to give my situation a look. He told me right off it was a draining problem that caused my garage to flood even though I have 2 french drains. He advised me to call a landscaper, gave me a recommendation, and told me what he thought would solve my issue. He knew some estimated figures off the top of his head so I can start saving and be prepared to do the work. He also gave me a quick run down on what it would take and cost to install a screen porch. I found him personable, respectful and professional. I'm a fan and will be calling him for any outdoor needs I have!

I have hired Shed N More for three projects now over the course of five years - starting with a…read moreshed, then a large addition (two rooms and a covered screen patio) and finally, replacing siding on another property. The team (Carl, William, Artie, Julio and the team...) have been overall very helpful - responsive, attentive, reasonable, and flexible...and the projects have all turned out very nice! Carl is the numbers guy, William is the PM/building guy and together they make a good team. We had to work through a lot of details especially with the addition (permitting, pouring foundation, etc.) and the team was helpful and patient throughout. When we encountered some challenging issues with the siding project (demo from the siding caused minor interior damage and an exterior hose spigot was accidentally cut), the team resolved the issues appropriately. The workers try to be careful but unexpected things happen and the team/William were quick to fix things! I highly recommend this company to use for projects like custom sheds but also larger projects like patios, additions and even exterior projects like siding!

They listened to us throughout the project. Mid-project we realized one of the posts holding up the porch was full of carpenter ants. William and team quickly took out the post and replaced it with a new one. At the very last minute we asked for a sliding screen door and that showed up the next day for the final install. The team wants to please the customer and go out of the way to accomplish this. They asked us if they should rebuild our stairway to make longer treads so our cat could more easily access our porch! And he loves his stairway. And we couldn't be happier. We are planning a neighborhood party in October to show off our new porch.

He was great to deal with, wasn't pushy at all, and truly wanted to build us the best end product possible. His team that installed the cover were on time, polite, and did an amazing job. The patio cover is very solid and durable, looks beautiful, and we get complements on it by everyone who's seen it so far. The price for what we got was amazing.. I've seen ready-made covers at Home Depot that were about the same cost, but this one is completely custom, aluminum (so it's much more durable than the typical wood cover), it looks great, has its own gutter system and fan installed.. We just couldn't be happier with it. A great experience from start to finish.
