The furniture was all wrapped carefully and they were done earlier than expected. They showed up on time and completed the move quickly and efficiently. They even took a gigantic couch out of a narrow door. They dealt with an elevator as well as my especially chatty dad. Highly recommend them! Another thing I appreciated was that it was just the right amount of contact after I requested the estimate. Unlike my experience with many of their competitors, Octopus promptly answered my call and provided a very reasonable quote. The service was scheduled for a few days later and the movers arrived promptly, loaded the truck and delivered/unpacked everything within the two hour window (1 hour 57 minutes!) I was targeting. They even reassembled the table for me. Both movers were polite and efficient. From what I understand, the company is based in Massachusetts and has recently branched out to the Providence/Newport area. I hope that they will be successful here.
