One place that will always dominate any neighborhood besides that other depressing behemoth store…read moreis Target. A huge sprawling parking lot with enough space under one roof to get in a mile of walking, if one were so compelled. This brings me to Target in Kyle Tx. Located in a safe part of town this place will have, most of what you want, but it's not a Super Target so not much in the way of food. Another point, the people walking around are few and far between but nice. The one issue I have with Target in general is they have a drab interior much like their rival. As for food, the selection is extremely limited. Barely half an isle for fresh produce, select meats and a few other selections. As for refrigerated items again the selection is limited with a few items available as needed. Finally the dry, snack and non-perishable items selection is much better but still not what you'll find at a larger store. I find I only shop here for food only when absolutely necessary. As for the kids section, they're limited in toys as I tried to purchase some items for my kids but they only have the absolute most popular items. So, if you want that GI Joe action figure, you won't find it here, or at least anything new. As for electronics, they have most of the newest gaming consoles, games and controllers however 4k media is gone, but that's a standard among all stores now as physical media continues to be replaced by inferior forms of content like streaming. Most items like pet food and accessories are in abundance, hardware and housing goods have most of what someone needs and the kitchen section has a lot of average equipment to great stuff depending on what you need. For example, the knife selection is horrible but mixers are just as good as anywhere else. I do all of my vitamin and specialty medicine (not prescription) from Target as it's the cheapest. Overall, Target is exactly what you expect anywhere and that's by design. The only real differences are subtle things that regionally might sell better at one place then another state won't offer a product as it won't make sense. Think of a heavy winter coat for sale in Texas - it isn't needed. Finally, Target is bringing back the cashier so the wait times may vary. Other than those items, it's Target you know what you want.

Some very clean bathrooms for a grocery store, but that is the end of the positives…read more Empty shelves, a decided lack of signage/pricing, and items on the floor throughout the store all make it a negative experience. It looks like a severe lack of staffing is what make this happen. 1 register open, stocking half complete with mostly empty u-boats on the floor. Sigh.

Walking in, the place is extremely clean and not to busy, which means the wait time isn't too bad. Now that the other store by HEB has closed, they're the main location in Kyle and for good reason, they don't suck! As for the devices, it's like any other phone store, tons of devices from many different manufactures, accessories and this store do device repair as well. As far as the sales staff, they're pretty knowledgeable and they smile when helping. I find that trait refreshing considering some can get irritable when there's a ton of people waiting. I was able to upgrade my device within a reasonable amount of time, no chit-chat needed for my account or which phone I wanted or if they had it in stock. Admittedly I researched it online before walking in. One issue I had was I ordered a device from the store across from them and they screwed up the order process. These guys stepped up their game and helped me out of a tough jam. Heck, I even got their district managers name who personally saw to my issue. As for in store, they wrapped up my sale rather quickly and I left extremely satisfied with my experience. I give this store for being on top of their game, being a top notch cell phone store. It's in a safe area, the store is extremely clean and the staff are friendly and know their products and computer system. If you're on Tmobile or wanting to switch and in the area, I highly suggest stopping by. They're employees or sales staff are more than willing to help all while having a positive attitude.

Upon arrival, the two idiots working told me the unlimited talk and text plan I wanted didn't exist. Drove back home and re-visited the website to see the plan right on the friggin' screen. Needless to say Natty and the other dude who didn't have a name tag should be canned and replaced with folks that know what they are doing. UPDATE: Went to the San Marcos store the next day and got exactly what I needed...Sad these stores are run by the same company....What a difference.

I went last night to return a pretty much useless Gateway 5G home internet device. As soon as I walked in, this guy came up to me to see what I needed. When I told him why I came in, he basically waved/shood'd me away and said "you could've just taken it to UPS!". I said I came in here because I wanted proof that I returned it back to the store, & I wanted a receipt. He turned around with the box (after rolling his eyes at me) to process the return. Handed me the receipt and went back to looking at his phone. I asked him if he was really trying to make me go to UPS. He said, well you could have just gone there instead. Wow! I'm sorry that you're working there, and you actually have to do your job. He's lucky I didn't work for corporate. #T-Mobile pay attention to your employees at store level.

After the tech was finished, he checked everything and noticed that the Air bag light was on. He said he needed to reset the car but didn't have his electronic device with him and left it at home. He said to come back tomorrow which was today! I went in and talked to the guy in charge named Ruben. He gave me the amount due and I said well your tech isn't quite done yet. He needs to reset the air bag light. Ruben says, "Well our job is DONE"! I gave him this look like "Really"?! His tech comes in and goes on the computer to look up the code on how to reset my Air bag. A few minutes later the tech finds the code and walks out to my car and figures it out. I mean I appreciate that the tech took the time to research the problem. And Ruben did call some other place for me to drive to and have my air bag reset. But the way the onsite Manager or whatever his position is had first handled the situation by telling me "Well Our job is Done", definitely is not acceptable. I think they need some type of training on customer service and to learn how to make their customers satisfied. I forgot one more thing, I had to go back there again today because my GPS wasn't working. This time the Tech was very rude and fixed the problem, but didn't tell me what went wrong with the GPS. I told him that I was sorry and I'm not trying to be difficult...He ignores me and walks away. Well, enough said. STAY AWAY from this place!
