Drove 30 minutes from the ranch over to the Kyle store to activate a phone for my 10 year old. Wait, lets back up a bit. I called 3 times only to get voicemail before driving over. Upon arrival, the two idiots working told me the unlimited talk and text plan I wanted didn't exist. Drove back home and re-visited the website to see the plan right on the friggin' screen. Needless to say Natty and the other dude who didn't have a name tag should be canned and replaced with folks that know what they are doing. I've been at this location a few times. I always seem to get a strange vibe with non-helpful/rude employees. I went last night to return a pretty much useless Gateway 5G home internet device. As soon as I walked in, this guy came up to me to see what I needed. When I told him why I came in, he basically waved/shood'd me away and said "you could've just taken it to UPS!". I said I came in here because I wanted proof that I returned it back to the store, & I wanted a receipt. He turned around with the box (after rolling his eyes at me) to process the return. Handed me the receipt and went back to looking at his phone. I asked him if he was really trying to make me go to UPS. He said, well you could have just gone there instead. Wow! Absolutely the best customer service! Michael is the manager at this location and is incredible! He is very patient and knowledgeable about every product & knew the answer to every question. He made the transition from a different carrier over to T-Mobile painless and very easy! I've been to other T-Mobile locations and was concerned my concerns would be dismissed here, but that was not the case at all! He broke down all of the math down to cent for us! I'm super grateful!! Big shout to Chris as well! He stepped in and helped while Michael helped others. Chris was very kind, patient & answered all of my questions regarding phone comparisons and accessories. If I could give them a negative star I would, came in to add a line and purchase a phone but they tried over charging me, and not only that but they do not tell you about what they are adding to your account unless you ask. Be careful with what they offer you, the lady even tried telling me that I had to pay for shipping through the TMobile app??? I had a prepaid account for a few months and I went to a post account. I had to get a new number,ok I'm fine with that. The prepay account was closed and I thought it was done. I look at my credit card statements and I'm still being charged for the prepaid account that I use to have. I have called tmobile many times and spent up to an hour or two on the phone trying to get my money back. I get a call saying do you want to close your prepaid account I said yes. A month later I still don't have any of my money back and I will probably never see it again. I would not use Tmobile prepaid ever again. The customer service does not care about the customers at all. I also will never buy a phone from T-Mobile they will rip you off on trade in also. Bait and switch! Went in last June to get my daughter a new iPhone. The Manger talked me into getting the bug one get one deal. Swore to me over and over that it would lower my bill. I questioned him multiple times and he kept doing the math saying it would lower my bill by $30. Well my bill came and it was $50 higher. I went back and he said there would be a couple months of fluctuations but would be lower in a few months. Well 8 Months later my bill is still $30 more. This is not a Tmobile corporate store. It's an independent store, which means, they don't follow T-MOBILE rules, regulations, or ways of doing business. The store manager and several of employees told me they don't have to or want to follow T-MOBILE guidelines. The lack of customer service, not only from manager but it's employees should be a slap of the face to T-MOBILE, if they represent T-MOBILE. I try to ask for a corporate phone number or whoever owns this independent store. But I was told they didn't know who own them, or maybe they didn't want to tell me. Manager was not in store again, so again employees were running the business and couldn't or wouldn't answer questions. From know on I will go to a corporate owned unit, never again will I do business with store where I was mistreated. Extremely poor customer service. Waited 20 minutes without being helped. My daughter who just barely got potty trained needed to go to the bathroom so my wife went into the restroom and one of the horrible customer service representatives ran into the bathroom after them and told them it was for employees only. My wife said it was for my daughter who might have an accident if she didn't go now. They told us to go to heb next door. We left and will be using a different store. read more

I love what t-mobile offers, but sometimes their storefront sucks due to bad customer service. This one, however, is amazing and the people that work here really make an effort to take care of you and don't try to charge you for silly things like a new sim card when you get a new phone. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE T-MOBILE. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by all the friendly staff. There wasn't a long wait at all about 30 seconds. I've been with this company for four years and have never experienced such great service. I tried to read everyone's name tag but I couldn't and I wish I remember the other three gentlemen who were helpful but I had a wonderful experience with Kelli, Devin and Christopher! I changed my account from prepaid to postpaid, for insurance on my phone and upgraded from an iPhone 4 to an iPhone 7 Plus! I saved so much money AND TIME! I was in and out like a light! They didn't pressure me to make any purchases or push me they took they're time and made me comfortable and welcome. And when I had a problem they fixed me up quick fast and in a hurry. Wow where do I start. How about a 5 year customer. The staff is a bunch of kids that are completely incompetent. We go in to pay off our tablet and fit bit they accidentally pit it toward our phones and now the can't reverse it with out us paying some outrages fee causing my wife not be able to get an upgraded phone without paying 225 dollars.
