I would recommend Four Seasons to anyone looking for a tailor or drycleaner downtown or in Oliver. I've had a little of everything in for work: shirts, pants, suit jacket, even some PJ bottoms. All done well and all within a week. I've also used the drycleaning service a couple of times and think they do a good job there too.

Would give zero if it was possible Follow-up. My husband complained about the repair and got full refund and apology w repair done again by their usual tailor. Would still prefer to deal w woman owner. I also note that my family owned a dry cleaning business and profits are razor thin so we will continue to com for our dry cleaning and shirt service but be careful regarding tailor services.

It's a little-known fact that they also do alterations in their costs are very competitive with local tailor's. To hem a pair jeans is only $10 and to use original him is only $17. They also do a great wash & press of dress shirts which I believe are now only $2.39, and obviously they do all other types of dry cleaning quilts wedding dresses etc. With cleaning places you want to make sure that you get great prices but also great service. I have a lot of expensive clothes and they have never ever made a mistake or ruined anything. Also comparing their prices are very reasonable prices for their cleaning. This place is highly recommended and I also referred all of my other business associates here. The other thing is that they go over and above to make the customer happy. I remember running in once having a ripped pair pants and they fixed it for me on the spot I also took my dad here when he lost a button and they fixed it on the spot as well. They're always willing to go the extra mile.

The tailor saw right away what was wrong with the zipper and had a plan in place how to fix the problem. He indicated that the zipper needed to be stronger, wider and of a better quality. He suggested having a much better single zipper and for the zipper to not extend to the bottom of the parka. I readily agreed with him that this would be a perfect plan. Fabric would be put in place at the bottom. It also already had snaps. I brought it in on Tuesday and it was ready on Friday. I was ever so very happy with my parka and truly wonderful new zipper (YKK - great quality)!!! It works perfectly now and I have no difficulties with it! I have in the past brought items into the shop and have always been totally satisified with the service and reasonable costs!!! Do bring your tailoring needs here and of course drycleaning!

They told me I could pick them up in a week so really defeated coming here since I needed them ASAP. It's unfortunate because it's a decent space they have.
