Thank goodness this place has pushed through Covid. Parking across the street is an option. They take your temperature when you come in (not that it matters). Masks are worn while in the space until you get to your bike. They rent shoes, have sweat towels and lockers for use. I'm not sure if showers are open yet but bathroom is available. Teachers are great I love that they use your name, nothing like being called out for showing up and riding. Great music, I've started wearing ear plugs which they provide. I typically go to the 7am but they have 5:30am classes. I wish there were classes after 6pm as I work until 7pm. Did I mention cool towels for after class and usually banana or apple for the way home.

Where do I even begin? City Cycle has completely revolutionized my relationship with fitness. Coming from someone who has always struggled with their body and confidence, City Cycle's team and instructors have all been so welcoming, loving, relatable, and kind. After retiring from being a ballerina my whole childhood, I didn't understand fitness, gyms, etc. It was all so intimidating and scary. After 5 years in Seattle, finding this community changed my life, and my relationship with fitness couldn't be better. If you like music, concerts, raves, high energy, and/or community, I highly recommend the classes here. I cannot get nearly as good of a workout on my own in a quiet gym, if you like rhythm riding this is the place! Some of my favorite instructors I recommend for beginners and experts alike are James B., Ali Wall, Katie P., Alicia Rice, Mario, and Carena! However, I think I've had the pleasure to meet them all now and can recommend every member of the team!

I've tried 4 different instructors & they are all motivating (without making you wish you wore ear plugs) & make following along with the beat, tap backs, jumps, etc.

The facility is large enough for the classes but not so large that it is overwhelming. Sam made me feel welcome which was nice. Not all gyms are that way. I particularly loved that after I shared my issues with my knees he had alternative exercises for me. I also felt like he really wanted me & everyone to get a lot out of their time without pressuring us to over do it. If I lived here I would sign up for a full membership. Thanks, Sam.

From day one, he brought an incredible mix of professionalism, motivation, and deep knowledge that made every session both challenging and rewarding. What sets Sam apart is his ability to tailor workouts specifically to my goals and fitness level. Whether it was strength training, cardio, flexibility, or nutrition advice, he always had a thoughtful, science-backed approach. I've seen real, measurable progress--not just in how I look, but in how I feel every day. Beyond the workouts, Sam is a genuinely inspiring person. His energy is contagious, and he knows exactly when to push and when to encourage. He celebrates every win with you, no matter how small, and that kind of support makes all the difference. If you're looking for a personal trainer who truly cares, knows their stuff, and will help you become the best version of yourself, look no further than Sam. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Very clean space, the equipment also feels almost nee, with minimal wear. Easy to make it on time as there has never been an issue finding free parking, as CP shares a lot with the QFC.

Alright, I am a few months overdue to provide an update BUT I feel that I have taken enough classes…read moreto do so now. Since my initial review, I have taken close to 30 classes at Club Pilates Crown Hill. They have added 1.5 classes, as well as 1.5 reformer flow and Control (which I still have yet to take). 2.0 reformer flows are still not on the schedule, which is fine as I'm still improving in the 1.5s. They have added more instructors and class times since I've joined, so it's been nice to even squeeze in a 6 pm Mon class when I do have time after work. My favorite class at CP aside from reformer flow is Center & Balance (light movement, deep stretching). I have seen a difference with my posture and mobility since adding CP as a part of my fitness routine. A nice thing about CP is that they have so many instructors that you'll find one that you'll gravitate towards. I've found myself gravitating towards Adena and Autumn's classes not only because their class times suit my schedule, but I enjoy their teaching style, especially asking if they can touch you to help modify your position or stance when needed. I also appreciate how they find ways to explain how to do a movement or exercise, as I want to be ready when 2.0 classes are offered at CP. Another instructor I do like is Adelaide, for similar reasons as Adena and Autumn. Overall, the staff at CP is friendly and helpful. I do enjoy Breanna's bubbly personality when she's working at the front desk especially. If you're still curious about CP after reading this review, go and book that intro session now!
