Fingers are all kinds of different sizes, some very long. Others short. All skinny. All oily. None appetizing. The sauce tastes like a very unfresh batch of caines sauce plus a mega load of preservatives. Fries. You're looking at 2 orders. That's not a lot of fries. Some were super oily and soft, some undercooked, none nice and cripsy on the outside with a soft inside. Toast was sad and oily. For fast food. I expect it to be edible, fast, and affordable. I didn't even come close to finishing this because I was working through each bite like a toddler eating boiled unseasoned spinach. So, while technically, it was edible, it was pretty close to not being edible. Fast, they had the order out timely. Affordable for the price of zaxbys, I could have eaten happy hour sushi, good fried chicken 2-3 times, panera, etc. They are so expensive for what you get. Seriously, pick anywhere else, and you've got better odds of enjoying the food. Truly, you couldn't pay me to eat here again. I'll go to one of the 20 other fried chicken places in a 10-mile radius and actually enjoy my meal. Again, terrible quality, inconsistent, pricey, but they did have nice employees and good service.

I knew at one time they had chicken fried steak according to pictures on Yelp. Noa said that they still have it but not listed on the menu. I order the CFS and I got the okra and asked Noa what her favorite suggestion was and she said the garlic mash potatoes. The CFS did have some tough spots in it but nothing to send back. Mash potatoes and gravy had a great flavor and okra was fresh. Noa suggested their red velvet cake. It was good also but it was slightly dry and the frosting was melting off of it like it was sitting out too long in the kitchen. John the manager came around and checked on us and was very pleasant and stayed busy the whole time we were there.

We knew Jason's Deli is the only place that fit the bill so we drove up to NW Expressway for our self commitment to eating a salad and we were NOT disappointed! We were greeted with a big smile and warm greeting from the manager, Katrina, when we walked in. We ordered our salads, Katrina told us how and where to go to get fresh plates (we each ordered an unlimited salad bar) and away we went. The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of seating. The salad bar was well stocked, cold, and had all the options we wanted and more! While we ate, salad bar staff were keeping the salad bar stocked and clean, and Katrina came to check on us during the visit. Our family forgot we needed to bring a dish to an event later in the day so I asked Katrina if they could quickly cater a fruit tray for me. Katrina told me absolutely! And by the time we were all done with our meals, Katrina packaged up the freshest, most beautiful fruit tray that ended up being the biggest hit of the gathering we went to. And I need to add that the restaurant was pleasantly busy. People were continuing to come in and out, and Katrina and her team were still able to pull together such an impressive tray for us. We won't hesitate to come back. It was worth the 20 mile drive to make our way out to this Jason's Deli location. We ordered 3 items. Only one came out. We did enjoy the complimentary pickle plate while we waited. We waited and then several minutes later they tried to deliver another sandwich to our table, but it wasn't ours. We sat at the table and watched the confusion going on in the kitchen. A server came out to see if we had ordered a specific item and we told her no and told her our order again. Had to show her the receipt. She finally came back with the correct item... a Reuben sandwich. There was probably two teaspoons of sauerkraut on the whole thing. Very disappointing. And they ask for a tip in advance
