A pleasure to deal with. They do great work, and prices seem quite reasonable. Responsive communication and very pleasant people!

I'm not someone who usually leaves reviews, but what happened at The Wrap Lab deserves to be shared…read moreso others can avoid a similar situation. In September 2025, I brought my 2015 Mercedes-Benz S63 to The Wrap Lab for a complete unwrapping and re-wrapping service. I met with Igor, who inspected the car and assured me the work would be handled properly and professionally. The vehicle was in excellent condition when I dropped it off. A few days later, Igor informed me that paint had come off during the unwrapping process and instructed me to have it repaired before they could continue. After the repairs were completed, the wrap job was finished but when I picked up the car, the results were extremely poor. The wrap had bubbles, wrinkles, uneven seams, peeling edges, and visible tape residue across multiple areas. The car was also returned dirty, with a broken passenger door handle and new scratches that were not there before. When I reached out to Igor about these issues, he told me this was "the best he could do." That response, along with the quality of the work, was completely unacceptable for any professional business. The wrap continues to deteriorate daily, and now I have to pay another company to redo the job properly. This has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I've ever had with a car service. I expected professionalism, quality, and accountability unfortunately, I received none of those here. Please see photos, these were taken the day after I picked up my vehicle.

Igor is the owner and does all the work himself, I stopped over to have him look at my 2009 Smart Car and he helped me understand how it works and how to maintain the vehicle. When I picked up the car is everything was perfect, it was like I had a new car! Thanks again for a great job. Derek

Pablo was very communicative throughout the process and took the time to explain the different options and details clearly. Everything was handled professionally and the turnaround was smooth. Great team to work with. I'll definitely be coming back for future detailing and maintenance services.

I've been hesitant to write this because I genuinely like supporting small local businesses. But…read moreafter this experience I think others should know. We had ADS install a PPF wrap and ceramic coat on our brand newly built Porsche last year. Unfortunately, the workmanship has not held up. Multiple areas of the film are being lifted, separating and peeling. Edges were poorly trimmed, sections underneath are coming apart and there are exposed areas where the wrap was not properly applied. These issues weren't something we were nitpicking because they were actually pointed out. ADS did attempt to address some areas on the second visit, but when you are paying thousands for a professional PPF installation, the expectation is that it is done correctly the FIRST time. Having to return to fix basic installation problems should not be the standard. For a premium vehicle, this level of workmanship is unacceptable. When the latest issues were brought up ADS refused to stand by their work. So with other reputable shops available, I urge those looking to skip this one especially if you have a luxury or high end sports car. We ultimately found another shop that corrected the issues properly and stands behind their work.

I found Ray on Yelp, and many of you provided the kind of review I was looking for in a service provider. He didn't disappoint. The other reviews are true. I just returned home after bringing the car back for a final inspection and cleaning. Ray even helped locate and purchase the replacement letters for the rear of the vehicle (this time in black). I'm thrilled with the results, the service, and the overall experience. Ray is an artist and perfectionist. Give this guy your business. You won't be disappointed.

The car is a two door convertible, so no roof and only two doors to do. The ppf quote came in at $6500. It wasn't the craziest but not the best quote either. Here is the clincher, the ceramic coating quote came in at $2000!! I mean, I thought we got our wires crossed and maybe he thought I meant for a partial ppf or something. Nope, not a mistake. That was a real quote! This guy must be very, very good and applying a ceramic coating. That's to rich and ridiculous blood. Feels like he was trying to take advantage of me. Does anyone, other than someone with a $200,000+ car pay $2000 for a ceramic coating? (For reference, the material requested was for Xpel stealth and Xpel fusion satin).
