Last week I contacted Citrus Plus to schedule a upholstery cleaning. I had seen good reviews for them on Yelp. I was disappointment when the president, Craig Radley, replied back that they did not service South San Francisco at this time. I thank him for the quick response and told him I hope that sometime in the future they would be large enough to expand their area. I told him I was going to try cleaning the sofa myself. He was so helpful . He got back to me with a list of things to do when cleaning it yourself. I was amazed that he would take the time to do so, when I didn't even use his service. Mr Radley has showed me what an ethical and caring business owner he is. In my opinion, he is someone anyone would love to do business with and I wish him much luck read more

Really really pleased with the results! My home has 4 children, a dog, and lots and lots of traffic, so our carpets were pretty stained and dirty. The CitruSolution team called just before their arrival and completed 5 rooms in about 2 hours. I called and made the appointment with Craig only the day before. My house smells wonderful and the guys left a bottle of cleaning solution for any new stains in the future. My carpet took a little longer to dry in a few areas because of the nature of the stains and the guys had to do some added treatment and buffing. There were no added charges. The price quoted over the phone to me was the price we paid. Also I was really pleased with no hidden costs. I will definately use this company again. read more

Friendly, courteous service. They went the extra mile to be sure we were very satisfied customers. Outstanding!

Wow - what a surprisingly pleasant experience it was to have my carpet cleaned by CitruSolution! My voicemail was returned within 24 hours and Craig started the call by apologizing for taking so long to get back to me. We discussed my cleaning needs and Craig gave me an estimate. When the two cleaners arrived, they introduced themselves and quickly gave me a guaranteed estimate which was right in line with what I'd been told even though my hallway was much longer than I'd estimated. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 kids who run roughshod over our very light carpet. CitruSolution got every single stain completely out except for 2 small spots , and those spots I wouldn't have noticed if they hadn't pointed them out. They even managed to clean my husband's "man chair" which is like a bachelor chair that all the animals hang out on during the day. Both of the employees at my house were extremely polite and pleasant to be around. To top it off, my house smells so fresh and orangey! I'll never use another carpet cleaning company. read more

They are terrific! On time, friendly, quick service, the house smelled great, they got old stains I didn't think would come out and made 15 year old carpet look new. Craig is a very friendly guy and he even left us a bag of lemons and mandarin oranges from trees in his yard. I highly recommend them and their pricing is competitive. read more

Craig Radley and Alex did an amazing job cleaning our area rugs and wall-to-wall carpeting. We thought we had to replace our carpets (which is what another carpet cleaner told us) but Craig begged to differ and proved it by making our carpets look brand-new. A few weeks later and the carpets are still clean and no spots have reappeared. He and his team are friendly, professional and hard-working. The price was extremely reasonable. The solution smells good and is much better for you and the environment than standard chemicals. I cannot recommend this company enough! read more

I would highly recommend CitruSolution. They did a great job for a very reasonable price.

Craig and his team did a great job cleaning my company's showroom carpet. The guys showed up on time and were professional and courteous. Craig was also a pleasure to deal with when setting everything up. The carpet looks great and they were able to get out a few nasty stains that store bought stain removers I tried couldn't. I would recommend CitruSolution to anyone looking for a quality and honest carpet cleaning company. read more

With a 4 year old and a 1 year old and a red wine loving husband, our carpets take quite a beating and we had lost hope in ever getting rid of the ingrained stains. After Craig's team came over I was astonished to find my house smelling sweetly of orange blossoms and my formerly grungy greyish green carpet restored to a light pristine aquamarine. Service was excellent and price very reasonable. read more

if you have allergies - this is the service to use. A couple days before the appointment they sent an email reviewing the service, they tell you to move the furniture - they are not movers after all. The house smells like fresh oranges and the carpets are bright like new. They also leave a free bottle of the CitruSolution for minor stains, that's so nice. read more

Craig just did our house for the 4th? 5th time? This time got some horrible spots left by a boot of one of my construction crew stop bys- grease, tar, I dont' know but nothing I did worked and I was afraid it was permanent. We were due for a cleaning anyway. Craig said it just took his solution and elbow grease. That's Craig- he'll put in the time. Look great, smell great, not wet for 3 days. Top recommendation. read more

Wow. I have 2 small boys who over the past 2 years have destroyed my carpets. We decided before replacing them to call CitruSolution and now we do not need to replace them!! Orange carrot spit up that was spot cleaned with Resolve and rubbed in even more was completely gone! We hid that stain with the couch, now we can move the couch to whereever we want. Alex was fantastic and Craig the owner was very responsive. I will definately use them again!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU CitruSolution you saved use $2000+!!!!! read more

CitruSolution carpet cleaning is excellent! The product smells wonderful, the process is quick and no more noisy than a vacuum cleaner, and the carpets and rugs dry very quickly (within a few hours depending on the weather, of course). Both Craig and Julio are timely, thorough, and professional as well as friendly. Our carpet was seriously stained by our dog over a number of years, and after cleaning by CitruSolution, it looks like new! I will definitely recommend CitruSolution to my friends and family. read more

They also do upholstered furniture! Had them out to clean 3 couches, 2 chairs, 1 ottoman, and 2 area rugs. Came out on time, did the job, explained how to let it dry properly, and then off they went. We are having them come out again now a year later because the couch is covered in pollen from the giant tree just outside our back doors again and cat hair too. Last time our allergies were relieved so much after their visit! We expect the same again. Definitely recommend. read more

Craig Radley did a fantastic job on our carpets, couch, recliner chair and kitchen rugs. We have small children and pets and were delighted to find no harsh chemicals used and our home was left with the pleasant smell of oranges. My husband and I were very pleased with the results and highly recommend Craig and his staff. He was on time, pleasant to work with and had wonderful suggestions for keeping our carpets clean. read more

Gave them 5 stars in 2012. Got new carpets last year and they were coming due for a cleaning, so I called Craig again. He and his assistant cleaned our high-traffic areas including stairs, several areas with pet spots, and a 5x7 shag area rug. Professional, courteous, careful working around furniture, and explained everything to me, including new treatments available. Results are great, and very reasonably priced. Will be calling them again next year! read more

Consummate Professionals and an A ++++ job thank you. I truly enjoyed the men who came to the house to clean the furniture - kind, funny, excellent manners and character - I would have them over for dinner I liked them that much! Thank you Craig what a wonderful business you have! read more

Very Impressed. Team came early, very nice people. Did a quick and thorough job. Carpet looks great. No complaints. Highly recommended!!

Have had Craig's crew clean our carpets and rugs several times since the first review, and the experience has been great every time. Such a good value for the money spent. It's like getting new carpets without the new carpet fumes. read more

Very professional. The technician Craig made sure I was aware of the 15 minute delay and explained what my carpet needed thoroughly. Would recommend read more

We haven't had our carpets cleaned in years. I researched many cleaning companies, and when I came upon CitruSolution I was sold. Craig came out and cleaned four rooms for us. It took about a half hour for each room and the price was unbeatable. The carpets look so beautiful!!! I wish I had done this years ago. The house looks and smells clean and fresh, but most importantly it is so much healthier now. We can breathe better without the dust mites. It really made a huge difference. Craig does not use chemicals, which I LOVE, and the carpet dried completely in about four hours which gave us time to put the furniture back before going to bed. We had such a wonderful experience that we are going to get the carpets cleaned by Craig once or twice a year now. read more

Wonderful carpet once again - the clean look and the citrus smell sure are great. We had two large rooms done for a very reasonable amount, and only contacted them yesterday (i.e. prompt response). It seemed like it took longer to clear all the smaller stuff out of the rooms than it took to get them cleaned. Also Craig pointed out the benefits of his powerful commercial vacuum for picking up dog hair/etc before everything started. Well recommended. read more

I didn't have my carpets cleaned by this company and was really looking forward to trying them out and this review is based solely on the customer service over the phone. When I called to make the appointment, I was told a drastically different price than the website. Not talking $20-$30 but 50%+ higher than the website and they boast that their website prices are all inclusive and that they do not have hidden prices. I wanted 1 room cleaned, no upholstery and no area rugs. Was told that because I live in Mountain View, there was a minimum charge of $125. Ummm.... you guys are in Mountain View!! The girl who answered the phone wasn't exactly helpful in explaining anything and stated,"Well we charge a minimum because people might want upholstery or area rugs cleaned." I informed her that I didn't have anything else but the room to be cleaned. She said it was still $125 minimum. Glad I didn't fall for the bait and switch. No thanks. read more

Craig and David are fantastic in their work ; carpet cleaning and tile/caulking cleaning. They notify you of their arrival time. A few things that distinguish them from other carpet cleaners I have engaged in the past, is they placed wall guards, put cloths on the floor to ensure they do not dirty any areas, wear shoe guards and performed a thorough job. They take pride in their work. Craig was guiding David throughout the process. David is a good listener and do what Craig told him. Awesome pair (given their age gap) ! There is a certain area on the carpet that tends to be more dirty than other areas. In the past, other carpet cleaners told me the dirt stains cannot be totally removed. But today, they actually were able to clean them. Craig told me this area has so much accumulated soap causing it to trap dirt more easily. He advised not to use soap eg oxy carpet cleaner. In addition, I engaged them to clean my bathroom as well. They removed old caulk and recaulk. They also clean/scrub the tiles. I am very happy and they will be the one I call when I need cleaning. read more
