My whole experience at Bare Bronze Tanning feels like a waste of time & money and I'm also really worried about the skin damage it caused me. As a retiree who doesn't live locally, I was clear with the owner when I signed up that I would be using these sessions over time. However, due to unexpected health issues and surgeries, I was unable to use them right away. When I finally returned to use my sessions, I was shocked to find out that the owner would no longer honor them. She told me my sessions had expired, despite her explicitly telling me when I signed up that they wouldn't. She also claimed that my information was no longer in their system because they had changed to a new computer system- but then, when I asked about my lotion (which had been stored at the salon since my initial visit), she magically found it on the shelf and said she needed to update the system to show I wanted to take it home. This was a huge contradiction and left me feeling like I was being lied to. The salon was completely empty, and yet the owner was completely unwilling to even offer a compromise or show any understanding of my situation, despite the fact that I had spent money upfront for the sessions. For a small business, it's very disappointing to be treated this way- especially as a retiree on a fixed budget who had been led to believe my sessions wouldn't expire. Honestly, I wonder why the salon was so empty, and my guess is it has a lot to do with the owner's toxic attitude. It may not seem like a big deal, but when you're on a tight budget, it means a lot. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

The gentleman who treated me was professional and attentive ensuring I felt comfortable at all times and continuously checking on me. He also advised me to continue stretching and hydrating after the massage. Massage gets one star but the therapist and location, including ambiance really make up for it in their own way. Like I said, they have a variety of other offers worth exploring.
