Extremely Disappointed and Feel Taken Advantage Of I came to this salon and purchased a bundle of tanning sessions with the understanding that they would not expire. As a retiree who doesn't live locally, I was clear with the owner when I signed up that I would be using these sessions over time. However, due to unexpected health issues and surgeries, I was unable to use them right away. When I finally returned to use my sessions, I was shocked to find out that the owner would no longer honor them. She told me my sessions had expired, despite her explicitly telling me when I signed up that they wouldn't. She also claimed that my information was no longer in their system because they had changed to a new computer system- but then, when I asked about my lotion (which had been stored at the salon since my initial visit), she magically found it on the shelf and said she needed to update the system to show I wanted to take it home. This was a huge contradiction and left me feeling like I was being lied to. The salon was completely empty, and yet the owner was completely unwilling to even offer a compromise or show any understanding of my situation, despite the fact that I had spent money upfront for the sessions. For a small business, it's very disappointing to be treated this way- especially as a retiree on a fixed budget who had been led to believe my sessions wouldn't expire. Honestly, I wonder why the salon was so empty, and my guess is it has a lot to do with the owner's toxic attitude. It may not seem like a big deal, but when you're on a tight budget, it means a lot. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

Stopped at this spot on the way to Palm Springs, as I was looking pale from the winter months. (Called other places along the way and they were super expensive or wanted a membership.) Brittany greeted me and was super helpful, cheery, and friendly! She answered all my questions and recommended the stand up tan booth. I've never tried it before, as I always used the beds. Business is back up and running. The facility is clean and the rooms are private. Pricing is reasonable. My skin tans easily so one 20 minute season a week is enough. Tanning/bronzing lotion is purchased and kept there, which is convenient. Its been over nine months since my last session, they still had my name on file and my lotion on the self. I hated this place so much I went and got my own tanning bed. The fans are terrible. I would get so hot that I just couldn't stay in them that long. The lady at the front desk was no help. Would only let me tan for as long as she wanted me too. I have been tanning for years. 60 dollars is way to much for this place. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The one star is so I could post but wouldn't give it that if i didn't have too. read more

Need a quick tan... come here! They are friendly, helpful and kind. The studio is cool, clean and smells nice. The rooms have wall hooks to hang your clothes, a chair for ease, and even candy! They are experienced and know their beds - no sunburns here. read more

Lisa, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I went in for a spray tan but I was a little worried about how it would turn out because I have a skin condition that was a bit inflamed. She gave me so much information on natural remedies for psoriasis and was honest about the spray tan results I could expect with this condition. She was very sweet and genuinely concerned with helping me improve my skin. She made me feel extremely comfortable as it was my first time getting a spray tan and I will definitely be back. This place is great! The people are super friendly and extremely helpful. I did a spray on and a stand up bed. The owner does the spray herself and definitely takes pride in her work and her shop. She makes getting a spray on comfortable and quick. Unlike the veraspa tanners, you don't have to wait to see results. You see your tan right away and as long as you take care of it, it lasts and looks amazing. I walked away looking like I spent a week at the beach enjoying the surf and was only there for about 30 minutes. This place is definitely a tanning treasure! Cant wait to go back! read more

I've been tanning at youcan tan for over two years now. The salon is always very clean. The staff ( the whole staff) is always kind and courteous and friendly. The bulbs are replaced often and they offer a wide variety of tanning products and lotions. Their knowledge of the tanning beds and products are extremely helpful when choosing products and the length of time that's appropriate for optimum color without burning.
