They admittedly made a mistake on my double dip spray tan but only blamed the other worker. No resolution besides future discounts but I'm leaving on a cruise tomorrow. Then, I requested me and my wife's membership be cancelled and they said I missed the cutoff date by one day! Now I'm paying for another month of a place I'll never go to again. And, there's more! When I got there they said the owner is requesting 5 start reviews and I accommodated them with a 5 star. Really not happy with Palm Beach Tan right now. I have been a loyal customer for quite a few years now. I drive 30-40min depending on traffic on my very few days off to get my tan from the VERSA booth that I pay my monthly membership for. The last 2 times I have gone something has been wrong with it. Now it is completely down for maintenance and I am forced to get the sunscape "tan" as my only option. Since they decided to get rid of the 2nd room with the versa and replace with a sunscape. When I ask the 2 ladies at the desk when the versa booth might be fixed they are unable to give me an answer. I am only given an 888 number to call. Where I have to leave a message and hope someone calls me back and I don't miss their call since I work nights, so very likely I will. I would like a refund for this month. read more

Disgusting business, my girlfriend was I the hospital getting diagnosed with cancer and was unable to use or cancel her membership. Management won't issue a refund for last month or the one just charged. Sickening lack of care for their customers. Gf will now be out that money when she needs it the most. Ok I've been coming here for years. The service is always spot on! Went through some changes when it became Palm Beach that I don't love such as no music in the beds and I can't earn points because I am a previous at the beach customer... But the beds are nice, the people are nice and the prices pretty good. Alondra is amazing always pleasant always knowledgeable and my tanning BFF. I went in today after I saw a bogo deal online for Memorial Day. I went in to purchase a spray tan for me and my wife before our cruise. When I went in and asked for a bogo tan the girl said I haven't heard about that but I think that's for existing customers only. If she hasn't heard about it then how did she know that! She called someone and asked and got of the phone and said yup it's for existing customers only and it's more for just the membership. That's not what the deal says! Then she said spray tans are usually $70-$90!!! Again online says it's only $45 for non members! Lies lies lies all the way around. Be transparent about your pricing and deals. read more

SCAM! They charge you full price for a membership then only allow you to use half the time. They don't clean the beds properly, there's always fingerprints and smudges. The red light bed is over booked and there's constantly a wait. They are short staffed and chaotic at check in. And their prices are way higher than any other salon I've been too. read more

I wish I could give this salon 0 stars. I used to tan here when it was At The Beach and ever since Palm Beach bought them out this salon has completely gone down hill. It is absolutely filthy and nothing is maintained. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful and don't get me started on their prices. If you thought At The Beach was expensive...yikes. I love palm beach tan in redlands! I go in there once a week for a spray tan and I see Alondra everytime and she is the sweetest ever. I have gotten so many goodies from there and now starting to do tanning beds because of her amazing recommendation!! My husband went there on his own, asking for the lowest price spray tan so that he would look look extra nice for me. Somehow, the manager, America, convinced him that the lowest price was a $99 monthly membership. After we straightened things out with corporate, we were given a small, token credit, and decided to take advantage of the $14.95 per month membership. We were happy that we were "locked in" at what we felt was a decent price. Unfortunately, they have subsequently changed the service fees, so now we have to pay an additional $10 - $12 for each visit. We both cancelled our memberships, and I do not recommend this business due to their shady practices. read more
