They call my two properties 2-3 times a day even after we tell them we are not interested and to take us of their call list. The amount they call per day is borderline harassment and it is upsetting and frustrating. STOP CALLING after we have told you we are not interested! read more

Citiguard is always the best security company I always feel safe when I see that they are patrolling around the gym that I attend.

We hired this company to do a simple security job of checking in visitors and monitoring the outside of our building. We hired them for four days. Day one, was a no-call no-show. Even after talking to a supervisor, no one ever showed up. The following day the security guard was there on time wearing a black tank top and bejeweled jeans. I guess Citiguard send us undercover security since she didn't wear anything appropriate. On day three, the security guard was dressed as you would expect and did her job well. Day four, once again a no-call no-show. We did get someone there about three hours late. This company is not reliable. read more

I pulled up to Bell Gardens Taco Bell on July 5th @8:35pm. There was a CitiGuard in full uniform who was just leaving the establishment. Not sure if he was patrolling the Bell Gardens area but he stared me down as I got out of my vehicle. As I walked by him he told me he didn't like my American flag said some other things but I just ignored it as I walked into the restaurant. He then followed me into the restaurant and began to use vulgar language towards me. He said a couple more fowl things before he realized he won't get a rise out of me then got into his CitiGuard Prius marked #14 and left. read more

Our apartment property in Anaheim began to use Citiguard as our patrol service last month, after not being pleased with Western National Security Services. Citiguard's initial presentation to the property management was impressive, coming in uniform and promising excellent patrol services. Our apartment complex is near the freeway, on a busy street, and although is it fully gated, transient activity and theft is commonplace. We have had difficulty in finding reliable and responsive patrol services since I have lived here (over 18 years), switching patrol services time after time, as each one promises a better service than the other. We tend to give the patrol services a "break-in" adjusting leeway of one week. Their job is simple: lock up the ten laundry rooms, 2 pool gates, check the grounds, dumpsters, and darker corners for unwanted presence, enforce parking permit areas, respond to resident calls, and create a presence to deter those seeking to do ill. There are various check-points located throughout the property to make sure that the patrol personnel are walking the property as an entirety instead of just driving by and eye-balling their routes. We understand that they do not replace the local police authority, and they are not armed to provide security services. They are merely hired to provide a PATROL service, but they DID NOT provide even a PATROL service!! Citiguard failed to do the minimal requirements, never responded to tenant calls, and they neglected to provide a point of contact for management to address issues with. They began by not even providing enough signage for our property! After giving them a 30-day notice to end our contract with them, they continued to ghost our property, so we took our rights and immediately switched over to a different patrol company. When dropping off keys to our property office, they delayed their due date, and then a representative ran in and threw the keys on the front desk, not offering a word or gesture of apology for their incomplete and lacking patrol services. Citiguard showed their company to be unprofessional, irresponsible, unresponsive, incomplete and unaccounted for - truly disappointing. Finding a good patrol for an apartment complex is like trying to find a needle in a haystack! What a challenge! read more

We started using citigaurd at the luxury apartment complex I manage here in irvine. We have had previous problems with other security companies due to our high expectations since the residents are accustomed to resort style living.
