Meet the Business Owner: Farhad H.
At the heart of Anchored Guard is a co-founder who knows the security industry inside and out—not from behind a desk, but from years of boots-on-the-ground experience. Before launching the company in 2024, Farhad worked for over a decade as a security officer, protecting everything from residential communities and construction sites to large-scale events and critical infrastructure.
This firsthand exposure to the real challenges of the job shaped the foundation of Anchored Guard: a company built on reliability, professionalism and proactive service. Farhad didn’t just want to create “another guard company” he set out to build a team that would raise the standard of what clients expect from private security.
With deep knowledge of patrol protocols, situational awareness, customer interaction and risk mitigation, the leadership behind Anchored Guard brings a hands-on approach to managing each contract and training every officer.
