Weeks later, together with my two sisters, I accompanied them to Phone Electrik to see if it could be repaired. They were given an estimate of $800.00. My sisters decided to try another repair shop that they had used previously. They got the same answer that the phone could not be repaired. So we went back to Phone Electrik and told them what they had been told. My sister was hoping to retrieve the photos and data from her phone as some of the photos were of a younger brother who had recently passed away. The owner and his son told my sisters that it would be costly but she was willing to pay the price for getting the photos and data back. The owner told us that they had some other contacts who could assist them with the retrieval of the photos and data so my sister agreed to leave the phone with Phone Electrik in hopes of a miracle. Two weeks ago, they called my sister and asked for her login information. Today we received a call from Phone Electrik informing my sister that they were successful in retrieving all of her data. We drove to the shop and after a purchase of a new phone from her phone service provider, Phone Electrik was able to download all of her retrieved photos and data into the new device. Amazing!!! It was costly ($700) but well worth it for my sister. We were touched beyond words by what they were able to do for us. The owner and his son were extremely cordial and friendly and their dogged determination resulted in my sister recovering her lost data but more importantly the photos that were irreplaceable. It's rare in times like this that a business owner would take the time and effort to resolve a problem that seemed hopeless. The owner and his son gave my sister hope that the data and photos could be retrieved and they delivered. Hope is a good thing!!!

If I had Apple Care, it would've been a $99 deductible. I paid less than that deductible cost alone for Empire to replace my charging port! 10/10, I would absolutely recommend coming here for this, and the charging port isn't something Apple looks at when you trade in a phone. I decided while I was there to get a new battery as well since mine was two years old and only charging to 79% of the original capacity. Cheaper than Apple AND the phone recognizes it as a genuine Apple battery. The technician was friendly, answered all my questions, and finished in less time than quoted. The business was also speedy to reply to my quote request.

My MacBook Pro stopped working out of nowhere. I've had it since it first came out, about six years ago, and everything was on that computer. My businesses. My properties. Student and work-related information. Personal documents. Photos. Things I never backed up because I never imagined something like this would happen. When it stopped turning on, I tried everything. Different chargers. I went to multiple repair places. Geek Squad couldn't help. Apple couldn't help. I made several Apple appointments, walked in early, stayed late, and had multiple employees try. They were kind, but no one could get it to turn on. The light would come on and shut off. One Apple employee even described it as "CPR," like the computer was trying to come back to life but couldn't. Eventually, they told me the computer was basically done and advised me to focus on data recovery. I was devastated. To be completely honest, it caused so much stress that I had to talk through it in therapy. That computer held my life. That's when I found this data recovery company online and met Abraham. From the moment I spoke to him, he gave me something no one else did: hope, without false promises. He calmly explained different scenarios, walked me through possibilities, and told me to give him a few hours. I tried not to get my hopes up. A few hours later, Abraham called me. Wait times are pretty lengthy as each customer signing up or transferring data to a new phone takes quite a while. Anyways, when it was my turn, Chris helped me transfer my phone number from Verizon and set me up with a new plan via my employer discount program and a free iPhone 17. He was knowledgeable and spent time explaining all benefits in comparable plans. He even put screen protector and case on my new phone. Prices are inflated but I did it out of convenience. Overall, I am happy with my new mobile plan and new phone. T mobile offers so many perks that Verizon doesn't. And most importantly, no interruption in my cell signal or service
