Before the schduled onsite repair, Jay requested a few pictures of the down fiber line. After reviewing the pictures, Jay called back and let us know that the repair service call may not needed and we can repair this ourselves, by swapping with the correct fiber adapter on one of the 2 ends of the the connection. Through his troubleshooting tips and his suggestion to swap out with the compatible fiber adapter, we are back online without the service repair call. For this issue, CableMasters (Jay) was willing to take the time to understand the issue and provided us with the troubleshooting tips and suggest a fix, without them visiting us on site. I've gotten my messed up T-mobile bills dealt with here before. But this time a male employee said they didn't have access to my account after I had verified my identify and that I could only call customer service--a lie according to T-mobile phone service! This employee said he had been doing his job for 12 years. I went back and called customer service again, and they said I had to go into the store. What a joke! Problem still not solved after two more hours on the phone. My 16 years with T-mobile don't count for anything. I'm gone.
