Everything about this experience was bad. It started with…read morean employee giving me dirty looks as I walk in. I think they were part of the loss prevention team but I do not know. I start to walk around the store and an alarm on one of the shoes starts to go off. No one, at all, goes over to check it out. This includes the man who stared me down walking in. I continue to walk around. I find some sunglasses and pet supplies I like. I am slowly browsing when a lost child starts screaming in the middle of the store. No one goes to comfort the child or help them find their adult. The child who is about 4 years old is just screaming in the middle of the store looking for their adult. I am beyond ready to leave at this point. I walk up to purchase my items and the line is 5 people back OUTSIDE the twisty line space they have. The line was 12-15 people deep.
