Goldman, Vice President and General Counsel of Waterway Gas & Wash, dated September 22, 2026. Yet the official USPS postmark is October 8, 2026, AFTER my review was published. Photographs of both are attached. Rather than address my concerns, Waterway permanently banned me from its locations, restricted contact with its retail locations and managers, threatened potential legal action, and requested deletion of my photographs, videos, audio recordings, and other media, acknowledging that deletion is voluntary. I had already verbally stated my intention to contact my attorney. I find this response heavy-handed, insulting to my intelligence, and unprofessional. The date discrepancy and the company's response to concerns about aggression and intimidation speak volumes. I encourage readers to examine the signed letter and USPS postmark and draw their own conclusions. A company's character is revealed when its conduct is questioned.

We were in the lineup for a while. We selected the $45 classic wash plus interior. The drivethru of brushes and car wash strip thingies was a little short, compared to others I've been through. We pulled into a spot so the car could be dried. The waiting area has drinks, snacks, candies, greeting cards, car accessories, a few chairs, and I assume bathrooms. Not a bad spot to chill while they dry. Overall, a pretty decent job. The employees were pleasant, they did a nice job. They didn't dry everything as my car has those telltale water lines crisscrossing the exterior. Some parts of the windows still have salt. Let's face it though, a better job than I would have done, and during winter? I'm glad the crusty salt is gone.
