After waiting in line at the check-in and going through a metal detector we were directed to a waiting room where a friendly employee explained that there was a mysterious story that you could try to figure out or you could just explore. Then they led us into the room to start exploring at our own pace. It was a really cool experience and full of creatively fun art. It was definitely an out of this world experience. After spending a few hours exploring we briefly visited the souvenir shop. We didn't get anything but they do have a variety of things to purchase. Overall The Real Unreal Meow Wolf is worth a visit if you like hands on experiences with a mysterious story that you can try to figure out while enjoying the creative art work.

There are only about 80 seats, so a subscriptions is a good idea, so you get reserved seating in the center section. Some favorites from recent years include Adventures in Love City of Angels Forever Plaid Art Brighton Beach Memoirs Little Shop of Horrors Honk If you love theatre, spend some time at FMPAT. If you have you young children, enrolling them in their children's school will make them happy (and talented).

It's small enough that no seat in the house is to far away or obstructed. The cast was very entertaining and got both laughs and tears from the audience. We were able to pick up our tickets at will call inside relatively quickly upon entering. The staff greeted us and were very friendly and informative. We were given our programs and made aware that it can be a bit chilly inside the theater but that there were blankets available for use set up just outside where you would enter. There is a small snack bar in the lobby area. I believe you can take drinks in but not the food (can't remember 100%) there was a 15 minute intermission in between acts to be able to go to the restroom or grab a quick snack/drink. The actors were great, each very into their part. For it being open night there was only one line flub that I noticed BUT we have watched the movie about a million times so I'm sure anyone who hadn't did even catch it. Very happy with the entire production! I'm was nervous when picking seats because I couldn't find any information on if the seats were all the same level or not. For those wondering themselves, they were not it was raised like stadium seating. The theater itself is pretty small so seats go right up to the stage. The floor at the very front is reserved as a handicap area. At the end if the show we were all invited by the staff to stay for wine and cake to celebrate opening night with the cast. The production was well done, the regulars are all good, the music was lively, and the show had everyone clapping, hooting and hollering. The Grapevine Opry is a must see if you find yourself anywhere near Grapevine, or even if you must make a bit of a trip. They combine local talent, patriotism, a bit of the gospel, some country, a bit of corniness, lots of energy, with great choreography for a thoroughly entertaining evening. A bonus to attending the Opry is that it is right in old downtown Grapevine so there are lots of restaurants and places to stroll nearby. Go!

Did not do much research on the place I went because I played in this production when I was in High School. Imagine my surprise when we arrived and found out it was high school students. Well let me tell you the production was first rate. We laughed and were very impressed with the performance. The dance scene at the end of Act I was FANTASTIC!. We were probably the only ones that were not family and friends of the cast and that is too bad this place should be packed out every night. I have always enjoyed the excellent acting and set production. Always very high quality for a small community theater. But the last 2 plays that I have attended where not family friendly. The use of language through out and very offensive has now soured me on this theater and probably the whole community theater experience. I would not bring my child (when she is old enough) or my parents and I would not invite my friends because I would be nervous of what might be said. To me this is not a family friendly venue, which is the very reason I have enjoyed it so in the past. Please, Coppell Theatre, consider your audience.
