I asked where I could find bleach for private areas and the lady says "Butt bleach". I said yes. she points and says these two sample packets are all I have. I get both. I go home, and one is a stimulator gel. I go back to the store a few hours later and another employee is there. Will not let me exchange. I said that the lady lied to me. She refused. I ask to just buy another, but she wouldn't let me because I didn't have an ID with debit card on a $5 purchase. she says it's corporate policy. I ask for corporate phone number, she says she don't know I'm just an employee. I ask for manager she says she can't tell me that. I ask for the store phone number and she says that she doesn't have it memorized and so I say, and you don't have it anywhere? she says no. What I hate more than anything is liars. I mean poor customer service is frustrating, but lots of people hate their job. there are so many other places to shop. I will never go back to a bunch of liars with poor customer service. :( read more

A coworker and I went into the store yesterday around 3:30. There was 2 women working and they were absolutely amazing!!! They were somewhat busy but they made sure that all of the customers were taken care of and answered all of our questions. The store looks amazing too. This store is my favorite adult book store in the area. They are always nice and friendly and are willing to answer any questions you may have about their products. I love their woman and couples bags, they are worth the $25. The staff is always nice and down to earth. I always go here first when I'm looking for something special. read more

We decided to check out this place,rather than our usual Adult Mart. Upon entering, I noticed that the young lady at the counter was doing the typical millennial thing, having her face in her crouch looking at her phone. We went to the roomed in area where the gadgets and lubes were. Over the course of ten minutes, she came in that room at least three times, acting as if she had to count something, or rearrange a product, circling the room every time, to make sure my lady and I were not stealing something. Mind you, we are 53, well dressed, and I pulled up in a $90k sports car...so I was like, listen...we need to either get something or get out because I don't like the suggestion from this employee that I am a potential thief. At Adult Mart they never have done this to me. I mean seriously...three times in ten minutes? There was no customer service at all. No help, no hi, bye, kiss my ass...nothing...just the constant of her circling us like a vulture ready to dine on it's victim. We left, went back to Adult Mart where they were more than friendly and never once did we feel we were unwelcome. Just like the other review, the first impression was lost forever. If I could give a 0 star rating for this place, I would. The lady that works there was beyond rude to my 2 friends and I. She only asked for our ID's when several people at least our age (we are 21) or a little older than us walked in after. My friend wanted to purchase a whip and was just trying it out lightly ON HER OWN leg, she came over to us and yelled at us like we were children and said something along the lines of 'don't play with those they aren't toys, if you want to play with them, buy them" and one of my friends was going to buy it, but the place will not get my friend's money. After rudely saying that, she walked away abruptly with no proper customer service and without even hearing what we had to say. Very rude and we will not being returning in the future. If I could give zero stars I would. I've shopped here a few times over the years and the selection has always been subpar but that wasn't my issue this most recent time I was there. I went in in hopes of finding a heart shaped paddle or something similar given Valentine's Day is coming up. I walked around looking at their products and even picked up an item and continued searching. As I walked around I decided I didn't actually want the item I had in my hand and put it back. Upon realizing I wasn't going to find what I was initially looking for I started for the door. The sales associate yelled after me asking what I had done with the item I had picked up. I explained to her that I put it back and went to continue walking out the door. She yelled back again and said in a very accusatory tone "so nothing for you then?" To which I responded "no, you don't have what I'm looking for." Once I reached my car I noticed she was now standing at the window staring at me. From what I gather this woman is the manager and her name is Jami. While she didn't directly accuse me of thievery, it was extremely blatant that she assumed I had stolen from the store. There are plenty of other adult stores in the area so I will certainly never be returning to Cirilla's. After reading other Yelp reviews I'm apparently not the first person to be accused of stealing so be weary if you decide to shop here as opposed to the other adult stores in the area.
